The location is great however apartmend needs improvement.

The only advantage for us was the property’s location - close to restaurants, market and mall if needed. Host from the call was nice and helpful, also the other host that brought us blankets when we requested. Also the Air Conditioning in case you need to use it.

The apartment is basically 2 rooms in an office building. - Bathroom was not clean and there was always a bad smell in the bathroom coming from the shower drain - There was no cleaning products so we can use to clean the appt, only a small broom which was dirty - The sofa from the kitchen was not comfortable as the two pieces of bed were having a big space between (kind of broken) - No curtains only some bearable blinds which couldn’t stop a flashlight from a store coming through your eyes in the bedroom. For us as a family wouldn’t recommend it, only maybe for 2 nights stay.

The owner was v kind. If I needed anything he dropped them by. App is 1min to beach and restaurants. Close to old town...5 or less min walk. Clean appartment. Can't beat location and great value for money.

The location was great, and extremely good value for money. also very spacious and had all of the facilities we needed.

Outside of the building looked a bit run down but inside it was very clean and nice. Never judge a book by its cover!

Very top location

First of all, our host is very pleasant and very professional young man, always on your service. Main advantage is location of this property, and it is one of top in Budva, beach is just a half minute from here, pleanty of restaurants is all around and old city is just five minutes by walk. Most suitable for young families, couples or friends. All recommendations.

Location is good, very near to the beach and several Bars/Restaurants. View from the window is quite nice.

Bathroom and AC weren't clean, two of the chairs were broken. There were stains on the Sofa and the AC and TV remotes were dirty. No water heater.

The host was great. He gave us all the necessary information and was very kind. The accommodation was well located, in the city center, on the promenade and there was private parking. Everything was excellent, the location is the best thing about this place. The apartments are clean and useful, have AC which is all you need. You get a parking spot that is isolated from outside which is a big plus. And 10/10 for Nadja. The best housekeeper out there. Give her a raise!!!

Good price but misscommunication

Very good localization, quite a good price

We paid 60 euros (we were obliged to pay 50 + 6 euro tax), the next day we got the e-mail that we have to pay one more time 6 euro tax. I had to exchange several emails before check out to agree on that. Unfortunatelly, too late I realised that we have already paid the tax. I had no tax confirmation until now.

The location was close to everything you will need in Budva. The apartment was clean and with a free parking.

The room is not spacious enough for 4 people. There is no sound isolation from the other rooms, so one morning at 09:00 they were vacuuming and we couldn't sleep. From the amenites provided on booking they only had the iron and hairdryer. I paid 98€ and an additional 8€ as tax, which I see now that they adjusted to 49€ which does not make sense. After we arrived, I received messages on Viber from the Host, to cancel my booking via booking.com with the reason that the site is charging high amount of fees, which obviously I did not accept. The check out time on the site was 10:00, and on 09:00 they knocked on the door saying that it should be 09:00.

Las fotos no representan el apartamento. La ventana da a una cubierta con antenas y no ventila. Estaba sucio el baño. Atención que no dan toallones, nos lo avisaron eso y que había que pagar la totalidad en efectivo después que la reserva se completó a unas horas de llegar.

Billigt och centralt boende för övernattning

Boendet som var en mindre lägenhet/appartment bokades via denna arrangör, var lokaliserad i byggnaden Budva Main Post Office. Centralt beläget på västra sidan av stranden. Parkering inkluderat. Mindre pentry med kylskåp. Trafiken eller livet utanför hördes inte. Det som höjde boendet, förutom priset, var värden. Han var väldigt vänlig och tillgänglig, det gjorde vistelsen dubbelt så bra!

Dessa var okej i ljudisoleringen, men andra i korridoren kunde höras ibland. Boendet var enkelt, krävs renovering eller nya möbler, men förväntas inte vara bättre med tanke på priset. Toaletten kändes sunkig, men övrigt okej, god stråle i duschen.
