Location is just great - right on the beach, 5 min to the old town. The view was wonderful - sea and mountains. Stuff is very friendly. The room was really comfortable with everything we need. Good soundproof. Free parking space was organized for us.

The best possible choice in Budva

The apartment was large, very nice, modern, well-maintained, in a great location and air-conditioned. It's hard to find any major flaws; it was exactly what we expected and even more.

Water was leaking from the air conditioner. The cleaning lady only made the bed and changed towels during our stay, didn't clean the apartment.

Very central location, the apartment is very spacious, clean and has everything you need: hairdryer, washing machine, they change the towels every second day.

Beautiful views, amazing location and staff were so helpful. My son was poorly and the check in staff brought some foods to help him recover. Would highly recommend!!!

Our apartment was perfectly located near the old town and the pier, making it easy to explore the area. Ewelina was amazing and even upgraded us, giving us the best view of Budva. It truly enhanced our stay!

The best apartment in Budva

The location is one of the best in Budva, with underground reserved parking lot, while being in the center of the city, 10 minutes walking to the Old Town, and 1-2 minutes away from the pedestrian street and sea shore walking track, respectively. Needless to emphasize, that the best restaurants, biggest hypermarkets, green markets and the major shopping mall are few minutes walking away. We were driving 15-20 minutes each day to nearby Jaz and Trsteno beaches. Furthermore, the host was welcoming to our wishes and recommendations.

The view was superb across the water and the old town to the right. The restaurants were plenty along the waterfront all within a couple of minutes walk. The Old Town was a 5-7 mins walk. An absolutely convenient location for a holiday.

Modern apartment in the city centre

The property is modern, spacious, clean, close to the old town, and most of the attractions, beaches and other tourist activities. The Receptionist Victoria is very helpful and responsive.

The kitchen tools and utensils are very limited.

You are paying mostly for the view.

- Nice view - Manager Viktorija is the best, always ready to help and solve problems.

- Dirty couch upholstery, needs to be replaced long time ago; - Soundproofing is not good - you will hear the neighbors talking, watching tv etc. - No hooks for towels in the bathroom, it was very uncomfortable, especially for two guests; - Kitchen is very "spartan", no toaster or microwave. - You should bear in mind that there is a construction going on in the area from both sides of the building (probably stops during the high season?..). We were not bothered by the sounds, but it certainly affects the view. However, the worst for me was the music coming from the restaurant across the road, unbelievably loud, almost every night till 11, 12 pm, sometimes 1 am. Closed windows, earplugs, pillows over head - nothing helped, it was a disaster (in the middle of March, not even a season!) I realize that it is not the apartment's fault, so it doesn't influence my rating. Still, I feel obliged to warn people - if you want peaceful and quiet area, this is not a place for you.

The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade, revealing a mesmerizing sea view that takes your breath away. While a hotel occupies the initial floors of this building, the upper levels house these stylish apartments. Our stay on the 10th floor was made even more seamless by our gracious host, Ewelina, who personally greeted us at the parking entrance and expertly guided us through the check-in process. The apartment itself boasts a contemporary design, spotless interiors, and top-notch furnishings and amenities. Highly recommended for a luxurious stay in Budva!

One of the best

We had 2 apartment, one city view and the other sea view. Both were clean and exceptionally comfortable. Ewelina greeted us at 8PM gave us room keys and was very charming and hospitable even though we are arriving late, she met us outside at the main street and escorted us all the way to the residence. She made our trip more exceptional.
