Ez egy teljesen új építésű apartmanház 15 perces sétatávolságra Budva óvárosától. Egy főút közelsége és a környező hotelek miatt kicsit zajos környék, de cserébe minden (piac, bevásárló központ, szórakozóhelyek) karnyújtásnyira található. Mi a legkisebb apartmanban töltöttünk el 3 napot. A lakásban mindennel fel van szerelve, amire egy rövidebb tartózkodás során szükség lehet. Légkondicionáló csak a nappaliban van, de nyitott ajtónál a hálószobát is lehűtötte. A házigazda alapvetően együttműködő volt, azonnal segített, amikor szóltunk neki.
A konyhában lévő szemetes nagyon kicsi, egynél több napos tartózkodáshoz, két személynek nem elég. A távozás napján a kijelentkezésre megadott időpont (11 óra) előtt egy perccel már az ajtóban állt a házigazda a porszívóval. Ez egy kicsit kínos volt számunkra.
