Amazing view with nice people

The apartment was a perfect view and that was so close to the beach. There are all the equipments for kitchen and bathroom and to wash our staff after swimming. I recommend this place

Stay away

We did not enjoy our stay. Though the owner was nice to us face to face the communication wasn't there. He did not reply to our massages in a timely manner and even ignore some of them. I think he knew he did us dirty because on our last day he brought us a bottle of wine... But it was too little too late.

There is nowhere to park we ended up paying almost 4 times more than what the owner told us the cost should be. The apartment lacked of basic necessities (silverware, toilet paper and more). We had to ask for the missing things over and over from different staff members (? we actually have no idea who they were, they presented themselves as friends of the owner) some of the thing we ended up receiving, some we didn't. A person who claim to be a friend of the owner came to take our passports to the police (?). We explained that we don't feel comfortable to just hand them over to a stranger and that in all the other places we stayed by this point in Montenegro they only took pictures of our passport but he insisted that he had to take them, so one of us went with him. We walked about 15 minutes in the sun to some office, It was an awful experience. On our second day the elevator stopped working (mind you that our apartment was on the 7th floor).

Great apartment, super value for the cost

Very modern apartment, convenient to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Very large balcony with great view of the Adriatic Sea

No signs to indicate the name of the hotel. We had to ask several people where the entrance was. Nobody there to meet us, so completely lost about where to go. Biggest issue was elevator service. 2nd day the elevator was not working in morning but worked in PM. Monday the elevator did not work all day and we were on the 7th floor = 156 steps from street level, with 20kg luggage. Tuesday morning we had to check out without the elevator still. However the building manager cams to speak with us and offered a 25% refund. He and a worker carried our luggage’s and backpacks to the street. A very nice gentleman who knows what customer service should be. He turned a bad situation into a good one quickly.

I stayed 4 nights, elevator was out of order 2nd and last day. Cleaning service is done once a week.

Our stay at Budva Bay Breeze Apartments was simply amazing! Aleksandar, who welcomed us, was extremely kind, helpful, and always available for us. He stayed in touch with us even during our trip to Budva, which was not easy, and his support gave us a great sense of calm and security throughout our stay. The apartment was very clean and cozy, with a stunning view of the sea and the mountains. The location is perfect – just 150m from the beach and 50m from the seaside promenade. Our experience exceeded our expectations – we are truly grateful to Aleksandar and we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality. 🌟 Престоят ни в Budva Bay Breeze Apartments беше невероятен! Александър, който ни посрещна, беше изключително мил, отзивчив и през цялото време на наше разположение. Поддържахме връзка още по време на пътуването до Будва, което не беше никак леко, а неговото отношение ни внесе спокойствие и сигурност. Апартаментът беше много чист и уютен, с прекрасна гледка към морето и планината. Локацията е повече от отлична – само на 150 м от плажа и 50 м от крайбрежието. Смеем да кажем, че престоят ни надмина очакванията – благодарим сърдечно на Александър и горещо препоръчваме това място на всички, които искат комфорт, чистота и топло отношение. 🌊✨

Вдалий відпочинок в Будві

У Чорногорії були вперше, обрали апартаменти на 9 ночей і не прогадали! Комфортна/простора квартира з власною кухнею, була пральна машинка, що дуже зручно. Поряд невеличкий маркет, а також магазин морепродуктів (раджу купувати свіжі креветки та заморожені мідії в ракушках-власноруч приготувати), так як смачно і без наслідків поїсти в Будві виявилось мало закладів (читали відгуки).

Була проблема з кондиціонером, але власник її швидко вирішив, а як комплімент подарував 3 пляжні рушники! І взагалі власник апартаментів Олександр приємна людина💙💛

Ev sahibimizin güleryüzlü olması , sorduğumuz ya da istediğimiz herşeye olumlu cevap vermesi, dairemizin temizliği, mobilya yeterliliği , konumu , manzarası her olanağından memnun kaldığımızı belirtmek isteriz. Merkezi konumda olması yanında market bulunması sahile old towna ve alışveriş merkezlerine yakın olması çok büyüm kolaylık oldu.Herkese tavsiye edeceğimiz ve gittiğimizde tekrar konaklamak isteyeceğimiz bir daire 🌹 Alexandr ve ekibine sonsuz teşekkürler 🙏🏼
