A spacious and modern apartment with a beautiful view, but with some shortcomings.

We liked the spaciousness of the apartment. The view was definitely a highlight.

Some basic items were missing and the kitchen utensils were not clean. The air conditioning in the living room was too small to cool the space properly, and parking cost €15 per day in cash.

The lady who met us and checked us in was very nice and the only good thing about the property

We didn't like anything about this place. It was dilapidated, the staff were hostile apart from the lady who met us. Everything was difficult and the apartment had very bad fetid drain smells and the hosts wouldn't do anything to fix the shower or the things I told them weren't working. They did nothing but collect our money

Small elevator with almost no air-conditioning. Not the best check-in process, as you have to wait for the staff to come from somewhere else to let you in - the reception is for hotel guests only, they don’t care for apartments

The location of the apartment is perfect, within easy walking distance of the beach, local shops, restaurants & the old town. Some of the reviews for the TreCanne have been quite negative but this was not our experience at all. Yes you do have to pay to use the pool (30 euros per day per person) but as Olga, who met us at the hotel with the key, said why would you need a pool when the ocean is on your doorstep, and she was right. We spent more time on the beach on this holiday then any we can remember & it was glorious. You can pay for sunbeds which come with waiter service from the bars they are managed by or just bring your own towels/parasols & use the beach at no charge. June is definitely the time to go, it felt busy but we had no issue getting into restaurants every night but everyone said that the crowds get much heavier in July/August. There is quite a lot of building work in the area but it's a slow process and there was no noise, in fact this was one of the quietest apts we've stayed in.A/C worked perfectly & plenty if spare sheets/towels if needed. Photo shown is view from balcony.

It would have been useful to have had some information in the apt about what we were responsible for in terms of cleaning, where the bins are located, how to operate the TV etc (we couldn't seem to get any channels but used Netflix on the odd occasion when we wanted to chill out indoors) & arrangements for returning the key rather than having to keep texting the apt management.

Private owned and very bad service from the hotel. Hidden costs and different prices for guests.

Great location and apartment size

The apartment is private owned but it is located inside a hotel. Apparently the hotel doesn't like the guests from these private-owned apartments and we were very bad treated by them. The recepcionist charged us a ridiculously high amount for a taxi ride of 600 meters (we didn't know exactly where the place was). Also POOL IS PAID and not included as the ad says so. Parking lot is double the price as they informed us (hotel wanted to charge 30eur per day and the hosts said it was 15eur). I found out about the pool being paid one day before my arrival, they have no cancelation policy and as the person could speak no English, they put me in contact with a man called Kiril and he was pretty rude to me. Kitchen suplies are poor, we could manage to use them but for the price we paid, we should have way more. No freezer, only a refrigerator. I have been at this hotel before and our experience was much better. This time we were very disappointed. The location is good and also the apartment size for our family (2 adults and a kid) was pretty good, but for sure we will never return. Also, we advise anyone to not book with them.

No safebox, the AC is hidden behind a wood box that you have to remove first. They should have installed modern ACs so they dont have to hide those ugly ones with the wood box.

Boravak je bio vrlo loš zbog izuzetno loše čistoće, nehigijenske posteljine i nefunkcionalnog parkinga.

Jedina pozitivna stvar ovog smještaja je fenomenalna lokacija i apartman je prostran. Nažalost, sve ostalo, a posebno čistoća, bilo je na izuzetno losem nivou. The only positive aspect of this accommodation is the excellent location. Unfortunately, everything else — especially cleanliness — was at a very poor level.

Po dolasku smo zatekli prljave podove u sobi, mušice po radnoj ploči u kuhinji, kao i paučinu pored noćnih ormarića. WC je također bio prljav, što je zaista neprihvatljivo. Nakon naše žalbe dobili smo uslugu čišćenja sobe i zamolili smo da se promijene posteljina i peškiri. Izdavači su tvrdili da je posteljina čista, ali da će je ipak promijeniti. Nažalost, to se nije desilo, jer smo kasnije zatekli crvene mrlje na posteljini, što je potpuno neprihvatljivo i nehigijenski. Također, u oglasu je bilo naglašeno da parking postoji uz nadoplatu, međutim za naše vozilo nije bilo mjesta, pa smo bili primorani tražiti parking na drugoj lokaciji, što je dodatno zakomplikovalo boravak. Zbog svega navedenog, smještaj ne bismo preporučili, osim ako se ozbiljno ne poradi na standardima čistoće i organizacije. Upon arrival, we found dirty floors in the room, flies on the kitchen worktop, and spider webs next to the bedside tables. The toilet/bathroom was also dirty, which is completely unacceptable. After we complained, the room was cleaned, and we specifically asked for the bed linen and towels to be changed. The hosts claimed that the bed linen was already clean but said they would change it anyway. However, this never happened, as we later found red stains on the bed linen, which is completely unhygienic. Additionally, the listing clearly stated that parking is available for an extra charge, but there was no space available for our car, so we had to find parking elsewhere, which caused further inconvenience. Due to all of the above, we would not recommend this accommodation unless significant improvements are made regarding cleanliness and overall organization.

L'appartamento è molto bello, pulito e spazioso. La posizione è perfetta, al centro di Budva, comodissima per qualsiasi cosa. C'è anche una splendida terrazza con un'ottima visuale su tutta la baia. Gestori gentilissimi, sono venuti ad accoglierci e a consegnarci le chiavi.

L'appartamento è all'interno della struttura dell'Hotel Tre Canne, ma non è gestito dall'hotel. A parte il Wifi (ottimo), non viene dato nessun servizio oltre all'appartamento: la piscina, la colazione, qualsiasi cosa oltre la camera è a pagamento. Non sono previste sostituzioni di asciugamani e pulizie durante il pernottamento. Tutti i servizi segnalati su Booking sono a pagamento, anche quelli senza il tag "A pagamento". Non c'è una spiaggia dell'hotel, occorre andare in spiagge pubbliche o con concessioni private pagando l'ombrellone e i lettini (in genere 20€ a testa al giorno minimo). Ci sono due piscine all'aperto sul tetto di due strutture adiacenti gestite dall'hotel che costano 15€ (a testa, al giorno) e una al chiuso che costa 30€ (a testa, al giorno).

Vi trivdes verkligen jättebra, allt var toppen!

Vi var supernöjda med allt, ett fantastiskt boende som överträffade våra förväntningar! Allt var genomtänkt och välordnat. Enda lilla ”problemet” var att vi trivdes så bra att vi nästan inte ville åka hem. Och visst, en diskmaskin hade varit pricken över i:et – men det går ju att leva utan också! 😁
