Affordable & comfortable stay 15 min walk to the beach

Very friendly staff seemed family run. As a solo traveller I always feel secure in family run places. Very helpful carrying my heavy suitcase upstairs and moved me to a room with good Wi-Fi so I could use my laptop. Allowed me to checkout late and even offered me use of the room much later as I was leaving my luggage there to go to the beach. It was affordable within my budget and 15 min walk to the sea with restaurants. It had everything I needed - kitchen area, Wi-Fi, good sized bedroom & balcony.

It was a basic budget apartment so for what I paid I have no complaints.

As it was not a season, was a bit loud around with some constructions. But that is fine. preparations understandable. The entire apartment was clean, however was quite strong smell from the toilet sink. I guess due to the age of sink. Maybe good to have some air freshener.

Basic place not far from town.

The location was good, not far from town. Also, there was a very good vegan cafe around the corner. We did make use of the balcony to dry our washing.

The electrics shorted out twice and we had to get someone to come and sort it out because switching the circuit breaker in the room wasn't enough. There was another in the hall. Wi-Fi was only available in part of the apartment. The kitchenette was not well equipped and one of the elements didn't work. When we cooked pasta and sauce, we had to cook them separately. It didn't match the photo of the rooftop furniture at all. As far as I'm aware, we had no access to the roof. The place was noisy because the apartment block opposite is in the middle of renovations. Someone banged on our door in the afternoon when I was trying to rest and my husband was out, I asked what they wanted but I didn't get an answer, so I refused to answer the door. That was a bit unsettling.

The cost/ benefit is a plus if you are looking to not spend too much. Tamara gave us a free upgrade as she didn’t think we would fit in the studio. Good size apartments with pleasant balcony.

Great amount of space for a couple. We enjoyed having a couch to relax on. Good central location, close to the bus stop. Large bathroom. The kitchen was very simple, just enough to cook a meal.

Very nice apartments! Recommend!

Nice room with normal size bed and simple bedroom, hot water all the time, cool view from the window, enough plates and other kitchen things. Very kind and friendly staff, central location, but away from the road.

A glass door in the shower is not so comfortable for someone, but it's details. not super-fast internet, but enough for text

I booked the apartment at noon and got confirmation... When I arrived after a 4.5 hour drive and called at 11.00 at night they didn't want to talk to me and said they canceled the reservation, I was left without a place to stay and without a local phone to look for another place. shame

Location and Comfort

The location was fantastic.In fifteen minutes you would be right in the middle of the beach. Our room was on the second floor , also spacious and useful.Altough it was so close the main road there was no noise. It was cleaned and the towels changed everyday.I would like to thank to the maid who was helpful and polite. The owner and his family were extremly friendly and kind. We were so happy being Tamara Apartments and we will definitely come again next year probaly on the same dates.

Apartment no. 10 - beautiful mountains view. All you need for longer stay is there.( We didn't cook). Fast food, grocery shop and bakery 2-5mins away. Sea - 10mins. Quiet neighbourhood. We really enjoyed our stay. Very friendly staff / host.

Location relative to beach, shops and cafes. Clean. Very helpful staff.

My room was on the ground floor, so I occasionally wished for a bit more privacy. When people walk by (which happens a lot) , they can look straight into my room, unless I have my curtains drawn. And when cars are driving by, almost none of them make the narrow turn at their 1st attempt, so it's drags on as well. Internet was intermittent. It was fine for chatting, and such, but not nearly stable enough for anybody planning to do any work.
