Friendly nice apartment.

First I checked in a small deluxe apartment but some circumstances made me change it to a bigger one. I didn't regret it.😁The host was very helpful, as they noticed my requests they helped righ t the mext moment, they were also very flexible when it came to change the apartment. The apartment looked really nice (both) with a comfortable bed and the AC worked excellently! Its in the center, max 20 mins walk from every important place, like beaches or the old town, yet its in a calm and silent small street..For me it was easy to find, but I already know the surroundings pretty well.🙃 I would come again.

Walls are thin, you can hear your neighbours, it can be unpleasent if they get up early or go to bed late but a good ear plug can help.😄 Parking is a nightmare just as usual in Budva, its not the apartments fault, but I had luck and found a good one on Mainski put, pretty close to the apartment.

Comfortable apartment in a quiet area, close to the city center/old town and to the beach. The landlady was very nice. The area was both very calm and there were also all sorts of stores and restaurants nearby.

A quiet oasis tucked between Budva bus station and the beach.

Really close (under 10 mins walk) to the bus station and also an easy walk to the beach. On a very quiet street so could enjoy Budva’s day and night life before coming back for a good sleep.

The design of some of the furnishings are a little old but everything is functional and very clean.

I am highly recomend this apartment in ghe city center in 15 minutes walk to the beach slovenska plaza. The host is very polite and ready to help with any requests. The apartment is cozy and has all needed equipments. You will delight of the beautiful garden with amazing hydrangeas.

Overall it was very good place to stay: clean, safe, quiet. You get what you pay.

My room was very clean. For me it's the most important. Bed was comfy - I slept very well. Easy check in, easy tourist registration. Air conditioning was perfect!

I have a strong pet allergy and there was a smell of a cat on the balcony. So I didn't use balcony and even didn't open the windows. But I suppose it is not a common problem for many travelers. Towels were only small. But I have mine with me :-)

Everything was on point . The services we’re perfect . The personal was so warm , so understanding , so helpfull. I absolutely recommand this place and their services. They we’re so open and helpfull , we we’re having some troubles with our car , and the personal just gave us all the help that we needed even when we left the reservation. So much profesionalism . At first, I would like to say thanks to owners because they make my stay memorable, help and give advices from start. Location is excellent, beach is around 6,7 minutes by foot, and Old town is also close to apartment. Room is very clean, changing towels daily and bed lines every few days. Definitely recommendation and hope to come here again.

Avoid this place, seriously

We got a free transfer to the airport as a compensation for multiple host's mistakes

First of all, upon our arrival our apartments wasn't ready because somehow there still were other guests in it, so we got another and smaller room with one double bed instead of requested two separate beds. The host was unable to fix this problem and had no interest in it. We got requested room only on the second day of our stay. Second, we were charged full price again, although we paid in advance via bookig.com. The situation was finally resolved, but it's frustrating that the host didn't know about the payment and didn't bother to check it before taking more money. Third, two days of total six there was no internet at all it the whole building. And again the host did not bother to fix it or advice a solution to this problem. Wifi signal was very poor in general. One night there was no electricity, so no air conditioning and again no wifi. The room we got on the second day was located on the first floor and had an "amazing" view to the wall. Probably, it was the smallest room we ever stayed. In general, the room looks very different from the photos which are very polished and rendered. It has very cheap furniture and super small kitchen with no dining table. No electric kettle, however it was mentioned on the description. Two very small and old towels, one teacup and one tea spoon for two persons, one small and dirty pan. Had an iron but no ironing board. And a washing machine outside the room, 5 euro to use it. Location is about 20 minutes walking from the beach area. Do not recommend to anyone at all.
