Great! I will definitely book again if I visit Montenegro again!

The property was really nice. It was really good to be able to chill in the balcony in the evenings. They helped us with check in time too. Staff was very friendly. Location was not exactly in the center but it was close enough to everywhere including the bus station. It made our stay way comfortable.

Fair, affordable accommodation

The host was friendly and responsive, and the apartment was quite modern with a comfy bed and a small balcony to eat our breakfast. We found the location good for reaching the main bus station easily, and a 10 minute walk to the beach.

The bathroom was not clean, and the bathroom and kitchen drains were blocked, so the shower tray filled up immediately.

Although it says it has parking, there is no parking at or around the property and the city is very busy so it’s pretty difficult to find a spot. The rooms are quite small and not very new, they could use a renovation. Around 20 min walk away from old town. All in all, not excellent value for money

The location was perfect, close to everything . Everything was good, especially the hospitality from Mico and Jelena, they are very close and communicative. Thank you very much for everything , our holiday and staying to Villa Stefan it was great .

Hot water was very temperamental. Room was quite dark, not much natural light. Only provided with one single duvet cover and sheet for a double bed for two people (odd).

1.Cleaning management (how often does the towels and bed sheets should be changed,how often does the room clean up should be made) once I picked a “Clean up my room” card on the door and nobody cleaned it up. 2.One more minus- there is no a lot of space for the car to park it or even to take the luggage off .Very small free space near the villa.

W niektórych miejscach można było zauważyć kurz/pyl/wlosy - dosyć słaby poziom czystości. Największym minusem był zapach wilgoci z łazienki :/

Czyste przestronne wnętrze, zadbane. Możliwość korzystania z podwórka. Klimatyzacja, wygodne łóżka, przytulny wystrój i aranżacja patio. Bardzo dobrze usytuowany-było blisko do wszystkich najważniejszych miejsc- sklepy, plaża, knajpy. A najważniejszy w tym wszystkim cudowny i ciepły gospodarz Miko. Serdecznie nas przywitał, załatwił lokalne formalności. Był wspierający w nienachalny sposób prezes cały pobyt. Pozwolił nam się poczuć jak u siebie w domu. Z chęcią tu wrócimy ❤️

Logement assez bien situé, propreté et qualité des équipements à revoir

Le logement est plutôt bien situé dans une ruelle à l’écart du bruit de la ville. Sécurisé est accueillant de l’extérieur. Il faut compter 15-20 minutes à pieds pour atteindre le vieux Budva. Les quelques échanges avec l’hôte étaient plutôt fluides

La chambre (rez-de chaussée) mériterait un petit coup de rafraîchissement concernant les équipements. Les photos étaient mieux qu’en vrai. Lit pas très confortable, serviettes de bain très jaunies, coffre fort non utilisable. Équipements de cuisine pas hyper propres et comme il n’y a pas d’évier, la vaisselle doit se faire dans la salle de bain. Notre hôte aurait pu être un peu plus sérieux par rapport à l’accueil et la gestion de la taxe de séjour.
