The location is great, the balcony, specious.

When I arrive the mattress had a huge dip in it, it was broken. Simge not respond to my message and did nothing to rectify. Instead I had to turn the mattress around myself only to find a disgusting mess under the bed and in between the bed slats. Very grim. I spent a good hour cleaning the room. The mop budget water was filthy after I cleaned the floors in entire flat after hoovering. I also fixed the shelf in the wardrobe myself as Simge seemed to push back or avoid any requests or concerns. The linen was not clean…. There was hairs (including baby intimate area hair) and clumps of dust all over the sheet. From plug socket hanging out of wal to general neglect the apartment is in need of some serious attention. Simge did drop off clean bed linen at around 19pm, left it outside the door meaning I had to make my own (broken) bed. The pillows look and feel life they’re from 1960’s lumpy smelly and tired. When I asked Simge for a new pillow she simply dropped off another pillow in exactly the same state! This place is very overpriced.
