Exceptional view, clean and comfortable. Very good communication with owner. Located just right walking distance to old town (20mins) in flat part of the city (this is important here). Fast internet and all appliances running as expected.
Just couple little things: kitchen towels and soap shelf in shower would be nice improvement as well as power extension cord. Provided parking space not suitable for normal car, probably would be usable for high clearance 4x4. Fortunately there is a reasonable priced parking lot just across main street (8eur/day).
