A Perfect Family Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa — it truly felt like a home away from home. The location is fantastic: just a few minutes' walk to the beach, and only 2 minutes to nearby hotels, restaurants, and grocery stores, which made everything super convenient. The villa itself was clean, comfortable, and ideal for a family stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-located base near the coast!

Our stay was excellent- the location is amazing and the apartment was clean and simply great. The common terrace upstairs is also a nice addition and the owner/manager is pleasant

The only tiny issue I had was that the air conditioning couldn’t reach all the rooms but I think that’s apartment specific and it doesn’t really matter

Absolutely perfect stay! Villa Maxima exceeded all our expectations. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. The location is great — peaceful yet just a short distance from the city center and the beach. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and made us feel right at home. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. Highly recommended — we will definitely come back!”

Amazing stay—comfy beds, great terraces, and Bertan was the best host we could’ve asked for!

We had an amazing 2-day stay in Budva, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible host, Bertan! The apartment was just what we needed—comfy beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and not one but two private terraces (a small one and a large one), which made it perfect for relaxing at any time of day. On top of that, the building has a shared rooftop terrace with a stunning view—especially during Budva’s yearly carnival! It was the perfect spot to unwind, meet other guests, and even enjoy live music, a BBQ, and a bar. But what really made the trip special was Bertan himself. He truly was THE MAN. Super kind, communicative, and always ready to help. He gave us great recommendations, helped us find a cheap parking spot, and even took us out partying in the old town. He made sure we were safe when it mattered and was always looking out for us. If you're heading to Budva, we highly recommend staying here—both the place and the host were top-notch!

The location is just on another level, everything is very close and the host was very nice to us. The apartment itself is very clean a spaceous, the parking is in front of the building. If you want to visit Budva this apartment is the right place to choose for the price !

The guys are great and helpful. Quick to reply to messages and also quick to solve upcoming problems. Otherwise the villa is located 3 minutes walk from the sea. In the surrounding area there is everything you need - a shopping centre, a grocery store, a restaurant and a fast-food and pharmacy. I can only recommend.

Очень удобное расположение ,недалеко пляж ,до старого города идти минут 10, рядом супермаркеты , торговый центр и рынок .Вобщем есть все необходимое недалеко от апартаментов. В апартаментах есть все что нужно посуда, плита, холодильник Но нет лифта , Но есть маленький садик, где можно посидеть

Розташування дуже зручне. До міського пляжу - лише кілька хвилин йти, але ми ходили на скелі до могрену. Номер мав чудову терасу, але, нажаль, вид з неї зпаплюжений новобудовами. Це не притензія до помешкання, а скоріше до дуже щільно забудованої Будви загалом.

Ми жили в помешканні 2 тижні. За цей час нам лише 1 раз змінили рушники, прибирання не проводили. Сміття ми виносили самі. Сейфи в помешканні не працювали (як нам пояснили - сейфи не працювали в жодному номері). Кухонна плитка працювала досить дивно, дуже довго нагрівалась і тільки якщо увімкнути зразу дві комфорки.
