The greatness comes from the price/quality ratio. You get everything you neeed for a very reasonable price. All is clean, owner is nice, 15 mins away from the beach, groceries store is 2 mins away. Can't complain at all. Checkout is at 10am, but they let me stay for free till 5:30pm because I had a flight at the evening time. If I decide to visit Budva again, I won't spend more time and I just will just pick that place again. Definately can recommend.

Very clean and modern apartment. There is everything you need for a comfortable staying. The hosts are very NICE people, they got us to airport at early hour. Thanks 🙏 I totally recommend this place.

The apartment was clean and modern.

The kitchen was not equiped with basic stuff like coffee, sugar, salt, pepper althought there was all cooking facility. We were given other room than I booked - this one had window facing the wall of the next house, distance was approx. 1 meter so there was not much natural light. The washing machine was missing in the apartment. The fixtures had cold light what was really annoying and disturbing in the evening and before going to bed - changing of the color of fixtures to warm would help people to have cozier feeling.
