The host welcomed us and was indeed kind. The location of the apt was as we wanted - within walking distance to Mogren beach and to the city center. Parking is available.

Recommendation: considering the property price, I would appreciate if there were some toiletries available and better quality of towels.

Cannot beat location, cleanliness and comfort.

Location is perfect, absolutely everything you need is close by. Flat was exceptionally clean, which I appreciated very much, and it is very spacious. Host was very kind, offering to help with anything I might need or questions I might have.

Living room lacks a touch of atmosphere - one or two small lamps would be a wonderful addition and would create a warm atmosphere at night. I didn't find any large bowls in the kitchen for mixing salad or for serving larger amounts of food. A waste bin in the bathroom would be nice.

Great owners and location just in the middle of most important Budva atractions

Great location, big, clean and comfortable apartment. In vicinity of 100m big shops, local food market, ATM, pharmacy, local travel agency and mobile services (if you want to buy sim card). Budva Riviera is 50m in straight line giving you access to restaurants and beach. Old city is 5 min walk from apartment. Budva is located on slope of some nerby mountains so some of the apartments we checked would require us to walk uphill but this one is just near beach on flat surface - important for us especially since we were with small child. Apartment had not only child bed but also child chair for meals which was pleasant surprise. View is mostly on mountains and some bigger apartments/hotels but nice balcony overal where you can sit and relax... But really there are some 50m from apartment nice restaurants to chill. Really recommend this one as owners were very kind and helpful. If we will again come here we will surely check this apartment again.

Only one thing : Wifi. It was working for my fiance ok but I had troubles with connecting to it (took sometimes after coming back from beach up to 15-30min). Moreover it was rather slow up to 100kb/s - netflix was barely able to cope with it (quality was degraded and sometimes lagged). But as we mostly spend time outside, local sim card with 500gb trafic is cheap and most restaurants have nice wifi i do not see this as a problem.

Apartament w świetnej lokalizacji. Właściciele pomocni. Parking podziemny, więc mieliśmy problem z wjazdem (dawałam wcześniej znać, że mamy ducato), ale właściciele znaleźli nam alternetywny parking - w Budvie o to trudno. Czysto, jedynie kanapa wymagałaby doczyszczenia ;) i dół prysznica. Wszystko świeże, prawie nowe. Widok ograniczony, ale wystarczy wyjść i zaraz jest się na deptaku. Chyba wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty są. Poza ekspresem do kawy ;). Polecam

Windy często nie działają, ale to raczej niezależne od właścicieli.

Апартаменты в центре Будвы и в то же время в очень тихом месте.Есть все необходимое как для длительного проживания,так и для короткого.Удобная стоянка прямо в здании с лифтом.Чистота идеальная.Но самое главное достоинство этого места-это его хозяин!Очень помог нам в трудной ситуации не считаясь с личным временем и был очень отзывчивым и гостеприимным.Еще раз спасибо,Дмитрий!

Bardzo dobra miejscówka.

Świetna lokalizacja, między starym miastem a plażą. Wszędzie blisko. Koło apartamentu sklepy, restauracje i piekarnia. Apartament jest przestronny z dużym balkonem a co najważniejsze w Budvie z parkingiem. Bez tego w tym mieście ani rusz. Bardzo mili i pomocni właściciele. Wcześniej udostępnili nam miejsce parkingowe (specjalnie przyjechali), pomogli z zameldowaniem oraz podpowiedzieli gdzie co i jak.

To był cudowny czas. Mieliśmy pogodę przez cały tydzień. ChwałaBogu, że są takie urocze miejsca na Ziemi.

Obiekt usytuowany jest bardzo blisko zabytkowej części Budvy, praktycznie nad samym morze i promenadą. 3 minuty od apartamentu jest duży market i targ, gdzie można kupić np świeże owoce, warzywa czy rybę prosto z kutra. Ponadto apartament posiada podziemny garaż, gdzie parkowaliśmy wypożyczony samochód. To niezwykle istotne, jeśli nie chce się dopłacać za szkody typu: rysy, drobne otarcia firmie wynajmującej auta. W naszej opinii lokalizacja jest doskonała i wygodna. Właściciele bardzo serdeczni i pomocni. Jeśli jeszcze kiedyś wrócimy do Budvy, to z pewnością się tam zatrzymamy.

Lijep i moderan apartman u Budvi

Lijep, udoban, moderan apartman. Prilikom ulaska u stan smo imali ugodan osjećaj, jer je cijeli apartman svijetao i prostran, nije zatrpan nepotrebnim namještajem. U hodniku i spavaćoj sobi ima dosta skladišnog prostora. U apartmanu prevladava čistoća. Kuhinja je dobro opremljena (čaše, tanjuri, kuhalo za vodu itd.). Sve u stanu je novo i funkcionalno. Krevet je dovoljno velik, u početku se čini tvrd, ali nakon nekoliko dana možete se naviknuti. Na balkonu možete udobno sjediti uz kavu i opustiti se. Do nje se može doći iz kuhinje ali i iz sobe jer ima dvoja balkonska vrata. Komunikacija s vlasnicima je bila vrlo dobra - brza, jednostavna i ugodna. Elena i Dmitry su izvrsni domaćini, ljubazni, puno su nas preporučili i savjetovali. Predaja ključeva je bila jednostavna, a domaćin nam je sve pokazao, objasnio. Zgrada se nalazi u zoni gdje nije jako prometno i iz koje je lako dostupan centar grada, stari grad, more, šetnica, restorani, trgovine, kafići, pijaca, park - sve je udaljeno cca. 5-10 minuta. Lako je i izaći iz grada autom, ništa komplicirano. Parking je u podzemnoj garaži, ispod zgrade u kojoj se stan nalazi, i siguran je. Apartman je također namijenjen za duži boravak, toplo ga preporučujem! Za nas je to najljepši i najbolji apartman koji smo posjetili ove godine :) Došli smo ovdje da se odmorimo u zimskom mjesecu, sve nam se jako svidjelo, grad Budva, okolina, cijela Crna Gora, puno smo uživali ovdje i kako pjesme slušamo, srce nešto šapuće: "Montenegro - Samo srce zna... Tamo u gorama, gdje zlatno sunce sja... je duša ostala". Rado ćemo se vratiti :)
