Spacious apartment in a fantastic location.

Great sized apartment in a fantastic close to beach front location. The beach was about a 2-3 minute walk away and there are lots of restaurants as well as a shopping plaza within a 1 minute walk. The bedrooms and living space are great sized and very comfortable. Good AC throughout the apartment.

The shower was very small. Some aspects of the apartment needed a bit of work, e.g. the bathroom door handles and some of the skirting need replacing.

Laage ist oke! Nicht ganz wie beschrieben! Gute 7 min zu einem Tourismus-Strand!

Wir sind nach einer über 15-stündigen Anreise sehr spät angekommen und wurden zunächst freundlich empfangen. Der erste Eindruck bei Nacht war noch unauffällig, doch am nächsten Morgen zeigte sich das wahre Bild: In der gesamten Wohnung herrschte Schimmelgeruch, an Fenstern und in der Dusche war deutlich Schimmel zu sehen. Der Boden war schmutzig und von Feuchtigkeit beschädigt, der Putz ließ sich von den Wänden abbröckeln. Im Badezimmer fehlte ein Fenster, sodass man Geräusche und Gerüche ungehindert wahrnehmen konnte; die Toilette war in einem unhygienischen Zustand, ebenso wie die alte Klobürste. Handtücher wirkten nicht frisch gewaschen, der Ofen war verdreckt. Die versprochene Ausstattung entsprach nicht der Realität: Meerblick und Badewanne existierten nicht, die Terrasse war kleiner als 2 m², das Schlafsofa unbequem und kratzig. Das Apartment liegt im 4. Stock ohne Lift, und auch das Treppenhaus war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Wir meldeten die Mängel sofort bei Booking und folgten der Anweisung, die Unterkunft zu verlassen. Die Vermieterin reagierte darauf jedoch äußerst unfreundlich, wies alle Probleme zurück und verweigerte jegliche Rückerstattung, obwohl die Mängel eindeutig sind. Nach unserer Einschätzung sind die positiven Bewertungen nicht authentisch, da sie in keinem Verhältnis zu unserer Erfahrung stehen.

Хорошее расположение, без проблем с детьми 15, 8 и 2 лет ходили пешком на пляж и в старый город. Прямо в соседнем доме отличный ресторан, в котором каждый день обедали. Есть кухня, на ней холодильник, чайник, плита и даже посудомойка, готовили завтраки сами. Есть стиральная машина. Кондиционеры во всех комнатах.

Нет лифта, но коляску можно оставлять внизу. Пару раз в день подняться и спуститься с пятого этажа не самая большая проблема. Почему то нет обеденного стола, ели за маленьким столиком, принесенным с балкона.
