Overall a good and comfortable stay with easy self check-in, but be prepared for stairs if you have heavy luggage

The check-in was very easy and convenient. We arrived at night and the keys with our names were already prepared on the counter, which made the process smooth. The apartments were clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was available. Overall, it was a pleasant self-service stay

I booked two apartments in the same building—one on the 1st floor at the back and the other on the 3rd floor—and there were no elevators for both. We had a lot of luggage, so carrying everything upstairs was quite challenging.

Unfortunately, the air conditioner did not work. Hot water was only sufficient for one shower, and water leaked outside the shower cabin. Additionally, there was no Wi-Fi, and the bathroom bin contained IQOS cigarette remnants.

Excellent stay in the heart of Budva!

We spent three nights here as a family and truly enjoyed it. The apartment is in a perfect location — right in the city centre, close to the shopping mall, and within walking distance to the Old Town and beaches. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming, which made our stay even better. Free parking at this location is a huge plus, and the overall price-to-quality ratio is excellent. Highly recommended!

After all it was very pleasent and comfortable.

It was a very good choice for accomodation. Everything was clean and very well organized.

The only thing that wasn’t to our liking, was the fact that the two rooms we booked had a decent distance between each other so the group was getting seperated from time to time, which was a bit tiring. We totally understand this room placement and didn’t let this detail bother us. ☺️

Great apartment in a central location

Great location a short walk from the Beach and Old Town, but in a peaceful location. AC in both bedrooms and the living room was a real bonus, 2 bathrooms and a large balcony. Dedicated parking was a huge plus

The only thing to like is the location. Close to the beach and the old town.

Everything! The photos have nothing to do with reality. The photos are photoshopped. The walls are dirty, the mattress is old and deformed (my back hurts after 3 nights here). The bathroom is old and moldy. We were constantly noticing spiders and ants in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken. No towel hangers. When it rained outside, we had drops of water on the door in the bathroom. The hair dryer wasn't working. When we complained to the reception about everything, they just apologized, brought another old hair dryer and a hanger. For the rest of the issues, they said there is nothing they can do. The shared kitchen was horrible: dirty, oily, sticky and yellow instead of white (original color)

It took place in the heart of Budva, so it was close to every shop, beach etc. People on the reception was pretty kind and the room was spacious.

When we arrived we didn't get the same room that we booked based on the pictures that Booking showed us (We booked a room on the ground floor and had to move to second). In the room the stove was not working and we had to ask the reception 3 times to do something with that. (Solution: We could use the stove on the ground floor even if we stayed on the second). And there were ants in the kitchen but we didn't make a problem of that and didn't ask the reception to solve that. The Wifi connection was awful.

Perfect stay in Budva !

We loved how spacious and clean the property was! It was an easy 10 min walk to the old town. Very happy with the guys at reception as well, they helped us with finding the hotel and checking in. I have nothing bad to stay! Also some lovely bakeries nearby!

The staff was really hospitable, friendly and helpful. They provided exceptional customer service with answers to all of our questions. The location is phenomenal, just a four minute walk to the promenade. The apartment was clean, comfortable and roomy, with two secluded terraces, which provided a great option for having a coffee in peace.

We liked the location, the cleanliness and people at reception. It was a very comfortable bed and a lovely terrace

The kitchen was a bit under stocked, and the freezer was inside the fridge and didn’t work very well the freezer temperature. The washing machine was broken but they kindly allowed us to use another one at the facilities.

It was super easy to walk to old town. Having private bathroom in both bedrooms (and very clean) was fantastic and I highly recommend to stay here if you are 2 couples or need 2 separate rooms. Kitchen was also equipped enough. Big bonus; very nice balcony for afternoon drinks or morning coffee :)

I did not like the hospitality at all and the room was not what is advertised in the photos of the Hotel

a big lie by means of a photo which in reality is not like that. I am very disappointed because when I went at 2 p.m. according to the check-out schedule, they made me wait until late in the evening and when I asked for my money back, they told me that I should apply to the bakery for a refund, which was a long and shameful game. I stayed one night and left feeling robbed and offended
