Within walking distance to the old town. It was clean and comfortable for a family of 4. They allowed us to check in earlier. They paid our city tax for us.
Unknowingly I paid twice for the city tax. I didn't realise it was included in the stay and I was told to give the money (again) to register us for the tax. When paying rather give the exact amount as they did not have change. There's no washing machine but it wasn't a big deal.

Загалом нова, охайна та чиста квартира у новобудові Будви.
Далека відстань від кафе, магазинів, різкий підйом вгору, коли йдете від моря, і надто висока ціна. Коли попросили, щоб принесли пристрій для охолодження кімнати, бо кондиціонер був тільки у вітальні, то нам відмовили. Таким чином прийшлося спати у кімнаті без кондиціонування, що у спеку літом не найкраще задоволення.
