Excellent location. Walking distance from an Old Town. Clean sheets. Enough space. Kind hosts. Breakfast was good and more than enough to get through the first half of day. Price was decent compared to nearby locations.

The only small issue is garage space. First of all, entrance is very narrow and steep so you need to be very careful. Second, there are only few number of parking spots available and it basically runs on first come, first served basis so there is no strict spot assignment which would be fine if number of cars is restricted but it happened to us that there was no free spot when we came late in the evening so we had to park in nearby shopping mall over the night. However, hosts refunded us next day so it was OK. I would just recommend to them, since they are billing for parking, that they should limit number of cars down there and enable closing the garage door during the night so nobody from the neighborhood can use it.
