Good location with limited parking spots

I likes the stuff, they were really friendly and helpful. The location was good.

The lack of facilities. I'd appreciate a hairdryer, sandals. I visited the property in February and it was a bit cold.

Perfect value for money

I enjoyed waking up to the sun shining through the window, which is a rare luck in December. The breakfast had many food options and the location was great for my trip, close to everything. Also the room was quite spacious!

Comfortable and pleasant stay

The apartment was very comfortable, cozy and at a good price which also included breakfast. It’s located mid way the bus stop and the main attractions. The host was great and loved her warmness.

The staff were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was typical Turkish style and very good. They upgraded our room to a much more comfortable room with a balcony. It was also nice that there was space to park the car in front of the hotel.

You are having trouble closing and opening the door to the balcony. There was construction on the side. They start making noise early in the morning.

Central

It is central, 10 min walking to the old town. Beds were confortable, and they offer a very good breakfast. There was a parking for us which was very convinient. I forgot my bag in the breakfast place and I picked up two three hours later, and all my belonging were there (money and documents)

I did not like that when we arrived my child's bed was not available, but the host prepared very quickly. Almost everything was super clean except the shower. The shower is super moldy, so I did not feel confortable with that. They should clean it properly.

One night stay

Good location, cheap, has parking if you ask in advance. Easy to contact and fast response via booking, balcony is nice and the room is big! Only there for one night.

Shower was not working (handle kept just getting off instead of starting the shower), everything is old and not in the greatest condition. kitchen was barely usable. Parking situation can be tricky but the staff will help.

Bathroom shower very unclean, lots of mould. We rented out 2 rooms and both were the same. Some light maintenance work would go a long way, fixing the toilet seat and kitchen basin taps. Not sure if the air conditioning works?

Recommended if you like soft beds

The location was great, and it had what I needed in terms of facilities

The shower tray needs a really good scrub, as do the kitchen cupboards - the mugs and glasses were stuck to the mat they were sitting on and needed washing before use. The bed was very soft and really uncomfortable. That seems to have been the case nearly everywhere I stayed, though, so my really bad back after sleeping there may have been a consequence of all the bad beds. I'd have slept on the sofa, which was much firmer, had the air conditioning unit not made such a loud noise constantly (when not turned on). Thankfully, closing the bedroom door drowned it out

All in all it was a nice stay and I'd come back if they took care of a few issues I mentioned.

The localisation was PERFECT, highly recommend this area for a stay in Budva - there are multiple grocery stores and restaurants nearby, as well as a bakery with philo pastry bakes, it's also close to the beach and the Old town. The balcony was nice and spacious, perfect for a morning coffee or an evening beer. The room was very spacious (we got upgraded to a bigger room for free, too - no idea why, but it was very nice). The towels and bedsheets were clean, the place was rather tidy, the air conditioning worked fine (we didn't use it much, tho - there are blinds on all windows and if you shit them during the day it doesn't get too hot! There's a very nice breakfast place right across the street (so close that you can actually use the Roselina wifi there 😅)

The balcony was shared and the balcony door DIDN'T CLOSE at all. We found a way to close the metal blinds outside so we were fine but the place definitely needs some touch-ups. The cleanliness definitely could be better (it seemed that the cleaning staff did a good job but the room, and especially the bathroom, needs some deeper cleaning, with replacing the mouldy silicone etc; there was also A LOT of dust under throw pillows on the bed and the couch didn't look too clean). The kitchen equipment left a lot to ask for - there were no water glasses, one huge wine glass and a set of tiny Rosenthal teacups, along with a set of plates, one pan, one pot and an electric kettle. There were no trashbags, no kitchen sponge, no kitchen or paper towells, limited cutlery. Some electrical outlets didn't work.

Nice place to stay

I like the property, it was invested with pomposity and had all the hallmarks of good and solid interior design. The room and bathroom were spacious and properly maintained. Very close to the old town and areas of interest of Budva

The parking was a problem, there was very limited space so in high season you have to think twice about taking the car and moving around.

Enjoyable Stay

It was very clean and comfortable. It was nice to have a fridge and a stove. There was even a portable heater in the room. There were lots of towels and blankets. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great, quite close to the bus station and the old town.

Perfect room for one or a group of friends

Location in the city center, spacious room with kitchen, balcony with a view. A quiet place, good tasty breakfast, beaches in walking distance, as well as the Old Town. Hint: when you arrive, just drop a line to them, check-in may be in the neighborhood hotel building.

Very good

The owner was very kind and helpful. The accomodation was in very good location near the old town of budva. There are market and bakery very near. Our rooms was such a photo very beautiful. We had parking in the accomodation. It is value for money.

There aren't room service to clean the rooms. We needed to pay extra 10€ for each room to cleaning or we had to cleaning by self. The aircondition made very noise and we couldn't sleep well and in one of our three rooms it didn't work. The beds shaked and creaked.

Good location, bad parking, not good kitchen, great balcony

Great location. Very triccy to park your car, you need to be an excellent driver, have a lot of time and patience when parking. Our car was also parked in several times by other guests. Free Wi-Fi and great location. The kitchen didnt have enough glasses, plates for the amount of guests. Very nice and friendly staf.

10min walk from the Old town

Nice place, well furnished - with a big bathroom. You are approx 10min walk from the old town. And 2 min from the Municipal police - not a detail when you are lucky like us and get a penalty for wrong parking ;)

You can feel a bit alone if you need anything since the residence is managed remotely (key system and code) Our room was smelling cigarette (I got some nausea) but I hope it will be solved soon for the next guest. Parking is a real topic in Budva. It would be stressless if a place could be offered (free)

Я продлила апартаменты и жила 18 дней и за это время не починили замок, балконная дверь не закрывалась и не починили кондиционер. Еще в номере не убирались, вообще. Я только отдавала полотенце и белье и мне назад чистое белье давали, правда неглаженное. Но за эту цену проживания я с этим смирилась.

Просторные апартаменты

Огромные апартаменты. Спальня, удобные кровати. Гостиная большая с кухней, чайником и плитой (есть минимум посуды для приготовления). В номере стиральная машина. Балкон с креслами. Включён завтрак, кормили вкусно, сытно.

Посуда в номере старая, сковородки с царапинами, такие выкинуть пора и заменить на более новые. Но тем не менее, посуда есть и приготовить еду можно, за что спасибо)

Дверь закрыта, пришлось ждать внизу, пока впустят. Всю ночь в туалете текла вода. Одеяло грязное. Пахнет сыростью. Плесень в душе. Балконная дверь сломана, надо приподнимать, чтобы закрыть. Завтрак в другом здании иииии меня не впустили. То есть все было закрыто, дверной звонок не работал. Я простояла минут 10 и ушла.

Oda içi konfor ve olanaklar eksiksizdi ve tertemizdi. Çok rahat duş aldık çok rahat uyuduk hiçbir sıkıntı çekmedik. Konumu ise inanılmaz iyiydi arabayı çıkarmadan her yeri gezebildik. Otopark endişesi asla duyulmamalı, arabamız çok güvenli bir şekilde ayrılmamızı bekledi.

Pozytywne wrażenie, ale apartament wymaga drobnego remontu i lepszej czystości.

Apartamenty są bardzo łatwe do znalezienia, co już na początku robi dobre wrażenie. Dużym plusem jest prywatny, bezpłatny parking – w Budvie to prawdziwa rzadkość. Po przyjeździe przywitał nas bardzo miły chłopak, pokazał miejsce parkingowe, przekazał klucze i wszystko wyjaśnił. Na nasze wiadomości z różnymi pytaniami i prośbami odpowiadał bardzo szybko, za co duży plus.

Ogólnie wyposażenie apartamentu jest całkiem dobre, znajduje się w nim wszystko, co potrzebne. Jednak są też pewne rzeczy, które warto poprawić. Byliśmy w połowie października – potrzebne już było kołdry, ale nie miała ona poszwy, więc musieliśmy o nią poprosić. Łóżko jest dość rozchwiane, a oparcie przy przewracaniu się głośno uderza o ścianę. Uchwyt prysznica jest zepsuty, przez co korzystanie z niego jest niewygodne, a dysze panelu prysznicowego są zabrudzone. Na suficie nad prysznicem jest pleśń.

Lokalizacja, metraż apartamentu w tym balkon i duże łóżko

Wyposażenie kuchni które było bardzo wybrakowane i slaba jakość tego sprzętu który był. Przybory na miejscu nie pozwalały na swobodne gotowanie np: patelnie teflonowe zdarte i przypalone, brak wszytkich sztuców nawet dla jednej pracy. Musieliśmy też wszytko umyć przed pierwszym użyciem dla świętego spokoju. Wygląd łazienki: zagrzybiały sufit , prysznic zablokował się po paru dniach(po zgłoszeniu prysznic został odblokowany), ale w tym prysznicu było widać zagrzybiala fugę. Po spuszczeniu wody unosi się brzydki zapach. Kanapa brudna i wygladala jak na nieczyszczona kilka miesięcy (dziwe biale slade) :( Łóżko duże w miarę wygodne, ale chybitliwe, brak pościeli, a zamiastego narzuta. Ogólnie wielkość apartamentu i balkon na plus, ale to o czym napisałem powyżej pogorszyło nasz wyjazd.

Очень хороший отель, жаль что только на одну ночь останавливались. Вход по коду, что очень удобно. Номер чистый, все было уже готово к нашему приходу, кондиционер отлично работает, постельное белье чистое, полотенце тоже. Расположение отличное, до пляжа можно дойти за 10 минут. Жалко что всего на 1 ночь получилось остановится.

Что выселяться надо было в 10 часов, хотя бы до 11 часов сделать
