Amazing!

Had everything you needed in the apartment. The host and his family were so welcoming and friendly and made the stay! When taxis were unavailable his daughter kindly took us. Couldn’t recommend contessa apartments enough! Room was spacious and clean, towels and bedding was changed every day. Thank you very much for having us :)

Amazing!

The apartment was lovely, well-equipped, and cleaned everyday. We were on the top floor apartment and had an incredible view over the city of Budva. The beds were comfortable, the terrace was big and lovely.

The kitchen was quite small with a mini fridge and stove, making it only possible to cook one pot at a time. There was a/c in the main room, which didn’t reach the bedroom very well, but we could have the window open at night to let some air in.

Very good studio Apartment with balcony. 15-20 mins walk to budva old town. Very helpful staff. Unfortunately my electric kettle stopped working. They changed it to a new one within few hours.

Probably we will not stay here again

The owner is a good guy, this is our second visit in this apartment. The view and balcony were great - so seeing Budva from top of the hill. Price and performance are match. Apartment has a steep road from city center, but that is acceptable for us, just want to write for next visitors.

From our first visit 8 years ago, nothing is changed (all Furnitures are old). When we arrived, toilet was super dirty. There was a very old but very nice lady to do cleaning and we felt sorry about her the night she cleaned the toilet again. Overall, the apartment was not clean and that was our major issue.

Quiet, relaxing and gorgeous view!

The view was INCREDIBLE from our apartment. The apartment was spotless and huge! We had a slight issue with the electricity in a couple of rooms and the host was able to fix it within minutes. We will definitely stay here again!

The apartment is nicely situated with a large terrace. Daily towel change. The sea view is tight (you can see a piece of the bay) but it is standard in this type of offer. The view from the terrace is nice of the city.

Cons - general dirt and condition of the kitchen and bathroom. Microfuge in the place of the garbage can. No lighting in the kitchen (burned out and broken lamps), the owner said there was no lighting here and decided that the topic was settled. Bathroom with the hair of the predecessors, overall dirty. The washing machine is broken, but the offer includes the owner's reaction as above. I do not recommend this apartment and if I can advise, it is better to choose a place away from the sea, because the beaches that are not crowded must be reached by car. Budva outside the beautiful old town, which can be visited in 1 hour, offers only traffic jams, noise, ubiquitous crowd and the atmosphere of a cheap market. Prices are subjective but service in restaurants is good. The lack of fish and seafood as well as local specialties such as olive oil, etc. is incomprehensible. I definitely remember fast food, loud disco music and traffic jams as a synonym for this place.

The address in not correct. call the host before. I invited a room with balcony to city or sea view but the balcony was outside the room and always in used. stay away

The bed is veeeery comfortable. We liked the bed a lot. The room was fresh and somewhat spacious for the price you pay.

Apparently location is a little bit tricky. You need to walk uphill (we didn't know, it's our fault). So, on hot summer days, you will sweat during the day to get to the apartment.

Superb

We were living in the room with mountain view and it 100% worth it. The room was spacious and cozy. We had new towels every day. It took us around 15 min to reach a beach with lot of stairs along the way. There are a lot of restaurants and markets near by.

Superb

We travelled with the family: two adults and two teenagers. The place has a gorgeous view of the city and mountains! We enjoyed it every single day! We loved to have dinner on the terrace and the host Mikhail is very friendly. He suggested the beach we liked (Jaz) and mostly visited it rather than Mogren which we planned to visit mostly. He also helped to cook a delicious seafood dinner. The towels were changed every single day to fresh ones. We travelled in the middle of September, the sea is great, few people and the sun is not extremely hot as in summer. It was a nice time. And there is a parking place, which is crucial in Montenegro as we realized later.
