Amazing View, Fantastic Staff but have some work to be done to be perfect

The view was exceptional with a lovely swimming pool . Rooms and lounge had all you needed , staff was amazing ! Kitchen was poorly equpimed but every time we requested something and we are pretty demanding bunch , nothing was too much trouble and it was delivered within 5-10min with the smile.

The downside was not being able to return to the apartment without a car, as the hill was too steep to walk up, so every time you wanted to go somewhere, you had to order a taxi to take you back. If you're thinking you can just pop in to shops or go out for a coffee, think twice because unless you have super hiking skills, that’s not happening. Towels changed only once a week and if you want more toilet paper after what it was in the apartment when you arrived, you need to buy it yourself.

A large and spacious apartment with an amazing view and on-site parking.

A large, pleasant, quiet, and spacious apartment. The location is on a hill with an amazing view. There is private parking right next to the property, which in my opinion is essential in this city for anyone arriving with a rental car. To get to the city center, you can walk for about 20 minutes—ask the hosts, there are stairs that shorten the walk instead of going all the way around the road. Another option is to send a WhatsApp message to the taxi station that has a special arrangement with the hotel. It costs about one-third of a regular taxi, and they always arrived within a few minutes. The host was very friendly and happy to help and answer any questions. There is also a heated pool, but we didn’t use it.

Really great apartment and helpful staff

Really lovely and very large apartment located close to the old town but up a very steep hill.

The only thing I would have liked more (apart from a less steep hill!) is more cooking and eating utensils in the kitchen. We cooked in one night and it was challenging as we were 5 but only had 4 knives, forks and spoons. Also a small dishwasher would have been good

Best view in Budva

The view! It has to be the best view in Budva. We couldn't believe it when Elena pulled back the curtain in the living room and we could see all across the Old Town and the sea. To have the same view from a balcony from the bedroom was even better. The pool was a lifeline in the heat and also had a great view. The women at Reception were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would recommend it to friends.

There is a very steep hill up to the apartment but this isn't a bad thing because it's quieter away from the main road and you get an incredible view.

Even the parking has panoramic views

Beautiful views, apartment, pool, and very handy to have parking in Budva.

Nothing, it was all incredible, wouldn't change a thing about the accommodation. Just be prepared for 1) a hike back up the hill, 2) paying for a taxi back, or 3) being a confident driver (wouldn't recommend driving in Montenegro at all unless you're a calm, confident, capable and very alert driver ... nothing to do with the accom, just the roads and how the locals drive).

Best views in Budva!

On arrival our apartment was described as the best view in Budva - it's hard to argue with that. Amazing top floor apartment with simply stunning vistas. Very spacious with everything we needed. Amazing infinity pool. Ladies on reception really friendly and helpful. Great restaurants both half way down the hill and in the Old Town. The road up to the apartments is an experience 😀 whether walking or driving. Good cheap taxis available though (use number provided by apartments not those in town). Views made it all worthwhile. Highly recommended. Did I mention the views?

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The pool was fab. The location is up a very steep hill so you need to plan your trips down to Budva for supermarket and beach etc. However the view from the pool and balcony is totally worth it! Staff were really helpful and friendly.

Decent apt but wouldn’t stay again.

The apt was very spacious. Staff very kind and helpful. The view was amazing!

None of these are deal breakers but for the price we did expect more. 1) the apt is at the top of a very very steep hill that takes 5 minutes to walk. We did it 1-2 times per day so it’s doable but not fun in the heat with bags. They said taxi would be easy to get. Sometimes there wasn’t one available. 2) the floors were very dirty when we first arrived. We don’t wear shoes inside normally but had to at this apt. 3) they had no supplies like detergent, coffee and very little dishsoap and TP. Every other apt we stayed had decent supplies. 4) walls are very thin. The apt above were up every night until 2-3 am and then up early each day so if you’re a light sleeper like me beware!

Lovely spacious apartment with amazing view of Budva and surrounding area. Short walk down to the old town. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Local taxis very cheap for trip up and down to apartment if needed.

The view is absolutely incredible. Sea view definitely worth the upgrade. Ljubinka was really helpful and always ready to help. Credit must be given to her professionalism and care for the guests.

All pretty good. The only point for travelers to take into consideration is the the way up until the apartments. Could be tricky for unexperienced drivers.

Fabulous flat. Great size had everything we needed. Ljubinka the building manager was amazing a really lovely lady who was super helpful and very kind, she made our stay. Only down side is the hill up to the apartment. You need to be a confident driver to get up it.

Location, Location, Location... Access is up a narrow, steep road, as the apartments are perched on the hillside. It's not particularly convenient to the centre of town or beaches unless you are prepared to drive or take a taxi. The booking/registration process is a bit like government bureaucracy. They request to much unnecessary information and make you sign your life away it all seems a bit over the top..

Lovely staff and great views but please beware of the hill

Maria and the cleaning staff were great and very accommodating. The apartment was self contained, quiet with good facilities and fabulous views and the pool was great bonus.

Its was a shame that the sun was only on the balcony in the morning (gone by 11am) and only on the pool till 2pm, the hill, as everyone says is a hike but we didn’t get a taxi once apart from leaving for the airport. The accommodation does have facilities to cook but is very limited with utensils and only 2 rings on the hob but workable.

Amazing stay.

Stuff is extremely friendly, view is amazing, clean, spacious balcony, pool. Also Ljubinka helped us to rent a car - she called the agency and we settled everything within 10 min. They brought the car to the structure and came the next morning there also - very comfortable. Yes, it's on the hill, so you need to climb a bit to get there, but it worths it definitely. Although it's on the hill, it's still very near to everything you may need in Budva. So, 10/10.

Stunning views with fantastic hotel team.

The view from this apartment is amazing. Check in was very simple and othing was too much trouble for the team at the property. Because of the elevated position you have a panoramic view of the old town. This place is great to relax in peace around the pool and then visit the night life and restaurants on the night. Definitely will be returning.

The sunbeds around the pool are wooden slatted ones so quite uncomfortable. A cushion for the beds would make all the difference to guests. The internet was a little slow but sufficient.
