Looks good but it’s not very comfortable

The apartment looks modern. The location is good, close to the supermarket and the beach.

We stayed in the room no. 8. It was noisy as h3ll. Very hard to fall asleep because of the neighbors. And the building has very poor quality materials, you can hear everything your neighbors do. The sofa was very uncomfortable, we recomand the owner to change it. If you want to go in a group of four, as we did, choose another location because the sofa is not usable for sleeping. It was unexpected that we had to pay for parking as the post said nothing about this.

Fantastic stay!

Easy check in process and great apartment for 4 people, in very convenient area to old town etc. very good stay.

The only thing that was a little frustrating was there was no mirror in the main bedroom, only the second and bathroom. Also only one bathroom. Travelling as a group of four women meant it took so much longer to get ready having to wait for mirrors.

The apartment is very good located, the beach and the old town just in few minutes by foot. The kitchen is good filled with all the necessary items for cooking (salt, sugar, even olive oil- everything was there). The view is amusing, you can spent the whole day sitting on the terrace.

Clean, great location- good space for our group of 5. Very modern and had everything we needed.

We would have liked some more information about the property on arrival. Eg) how to turn the hot water on, use the dishwasher/oven etc. There wasn’t any guidance or instructions in the apartment.

Really good size apartment for our family of 5. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Nice and clean. Great location, close to the beach. Check in was a breeze and reserving parking was super easy and arranged by the host with no hassle. Would come back for sure!

A good stay

The apartment is located on a hill and in 2 min you are near Avala hotel. The welcoming staff is heplful, the apartment view sea view is good for 5 people. Parking per day is 10 EUR, but still acceptable as the parking fee is quite high in Budva.

The facilities are getting older. Electric water boiler is broken, chair is broken. If not these it would have been a solid 9

Great location

The apartment was clean and bright, with very stylish but minimal decorations. Location is the best thing! Located in dead end street, which gave us peace from the city traffic jams, but very close to the Old Town (we loved hidden stairs as a shortcut to the promenade by the sea). There is parking option in the garage, it's expensive (10€ /day) but we recommend taking it, because it's almost impossible to find available parking in the narrow steep streets.

Rooms are small, but still there is space for 2+2+1 people. Bad wall soundproof (you can hear when neighbors are back home). Kitchen missing some equipment (salt, pepper...)

Very beautiful seaview from the bedroom, comfortable apartament, kitchen well equipped, private parking, beautiful neighborhood, and clean. It feels like home.

amazing apartment in great location

This apartment had everything you could need - lovely sea view,washing machine,dishwasher and fully equipped kitchen plus tonnes of space. 5 - 10 minute walk to Old Town. Staff were exceptional too - let me check in early and dropped me down to the apartments because of the pouring rain!!!

Apartment was very clean, staff friendly and helpful and the location excellent. There was plenty of room in the apartment for the two of us.

Room keys had to be picked up from another hotel and walking first there and then to the actual apartment wasn't that nice with all the luggages and other staff with us (There are lot of stairs and hills in Budva!)

Superb

The apartment had all the household appliances we needed, well furnished. It was close to shops, the old town, beaches and other necessary places. It had 2 bathrooms, which is extraordinary for a group of 6 people. The living room, balcony and the bedrooms were very comfortable. They provided us with parking spaces (€10 per day) a bit much.

In general, we liked everything here are some recommendations for the administration: during the our stay, cleaning was never done, they only changed the towels once. The apartment had only one mirror, only one access key for 6 people and the check in is at another hotel.

worst stay ever!

this was the worst stay ever! First we arrived and there was no one to give us the keys or check us in, so we contacted them and it took them so long to answer us, anyways long story short we ended up going to another hotel to take the keys of the apparatmen and to check us in, we ended up arriving around 12 am! Second, we put our clothes in the washing machine and the machine refused to open for some reason and our clothes got stuck inside, so we reached out for them, and they said that the washing machine was blocked and that they had to bring someone to bring our clothes out, later on they texted us saying “we don’t want to pay for your recklessness as the machine was broken and it was obvious, so you can come tomorrow morning to pick your clothes up and pay”( they didn’t warn us nor a note was written so how could we know?) we refused to pay and the manager started screaming at us and refused to give our clothes back, and we ended up leaving it there (we didn’t take our clothes back) cause they were so rude and we couldn’t deal with it anymore cause we’re supposed to be enjoying our vacation! All in all i think that was a way to take extra money from people so be careful!

Air conditioner in one of bedrooms is installed inconveniently, cold air flow falls right on the bed so it's impossible to sleep with air conditioning. Apart from that everything is perfect
