Blue Marlin Apartments

Location was great and the apartment I finally got was was clean and comfortable, but without any view, except a building 10 feet away.

I reserved the larger of the two available one-bedroom units (45 vs. 55 sq.m.) with a city view. Upon arrival, I was given a smaller unit with a partial sea view. That would have been fine, but the unit was not acceptable (bathroom water puddles; warped floor; wobbly table; damaged furniture). I had to wait nearly 24 hours to change units, but I was glad one was available. I sacrificed the view from the first unit to no view at all (a new, unfinished apartment building is the only thing I could see), but it was otherwise identical to the photos of the unit I reserved on Booking. I suppose my host was as responsive as he could be, but the apartment I reserved is not the one I got.

The location and the place itself are just nice to stay .

Pro’s; perfect location: walking distance to beach and old town / parking in garage / view/ spacious / great welcome by staff

Cons: appartment needs an update & renovation / hardly any glasses: no wine glass

Great location of the apartments short walk from the beach, overall good size of the apartment and the rooms for a family of 5, great view, good value for money

Apartment is extremely run down and needs maintenance, there is a terrible smell of mold and must presumably from the air condition system that needs to be cleaned, few things are simply broken and not safe (kitchen door, electric socket in the kitchen), there is no dedicated WiFi, we used connection from other apartment and it was not stable and very slow
