The apartment was so clean, very well in the city center and so close to beaches and main promenade close to old city.

Its not commecial, not safety, not clean.. photos and the actual apartment is not the same!

Nothing at all.

First of all booking.com photos and the actual room is not the same and not matching with the requirements. Its not a commercial building, its a private flat and there is nobody to contact. Russian lady met with us, she opened the door, only speaks russian. The room was not cleaned no towel, no kitchen or bathroom materials, no wifi connection, no view at all. nothing! we asked to meet at the reception but there is no reception, its an apartment. We're hardly contact with the number (given at booking.com) to ask bath towel and toilet paper so next day they left the door. when we try to call him to ask wifi or else he has not answered.. By the way, first day we only saw that russian lady, when we asked towel, paper etc, she argue with us, and she said dont expect anything its just a room not a motel. So we really irritated her behavior incase they can do something our bags when we're outside.. Its not clean, not commercial, not safety. It was unfortunately non-refundable so we stayed. but I'm not recommending to anyone to stay there. Itys not safe. Also I'm wandering how booking.com can deal with this kind of rooms. We were trusted the reservation because of we made via booking.com but our trust is broken...

There was bad smell of mould all around the apartment . We finished full bottle of Freshner in four days The bed in bedroom was useless. The bed frame makes sound as soon as you use it. We the family of four had to sleep on sofa bed for four nights in living room, where there was no curtain. As it was non refundable, we were stuck with the unclean apartment with useless bedroom. We requested host to make alternative arrangements, but he din do any. No dustbin In bathroom. The smell from refrigerator is pathetic The same building has four view apartments, I am sure they are more professional

A terrible experience — nothing like the photos, and absolutely not worth the money.

Nothing. The entire experience was disappointing and not what was advertised.

The property is falsely advertised as a four-star hotel, but it’s just a tiny, low-quality apartment. It was extremely small, dirty, and the bathroom toilet was broken. There was no Wi-Fi, no restaurant, and the staff didn’t respond to any messages. The photos shown on Booking.com are completely misleading — this is a scam and should be removed from the platform.

Well, it's not like I didn't like… but maybe from time to time when there are no guests, they could leave the windows open for some air, because the room was stuffy and the sheets too, I left with itchy nose, constant sneezing amd all.

Fantastic. Excellent location and a spacious and comfortable accommodation

We enjoyed our stay at the Blue Marlin Apartments. The apartment was excellent. It’s very large with a separate kitchen/living room and bedroom. It’s a very comfortable space with everything we needed. We especially loved the view and the amount of natural light that the apartment has. It was also in a fantastic location. It was a short walking distance to the beaches and old town.

The only negative was that the was only one half of the curtain in the bedroom so the sun woke us up early.

It was a great location in center of budva, with proximity to old town, supermarkets and various restaurants. The apartment could have been a bit cleaner though. They didn’t provide any toiletries, and the oven didn’t work.

The apartment’s location is just few steps to the sea.

I have difficulty in lcating the place and also to find the owner to submit me the key, I searched for long time to find them. Also has no free parking and he took from me 30 euro for 2 days for the parking lot. Moreover, the apartment is not quite enough for 4 people

Host was very friendly and helpful. He helped us carry our bags when we checked out. Rooms were clean. There was a washing machine if the bathroom which was a nice suprice.

I noticed afterwards that I booked a room with a sea view but there was no view to the sea from the room. Only view was the opposite building with a construction yard. I believe that the rooms got mixed.
