Money well spent

They called to let us know our room was ready before the standard check-in time — which was amazing! On top of that, we were allowed to keep our car in the garage even after check-out, which was beyond amazing. The location is superb, but it’s the human touch that means the most to me. Thank you!

Overall, a flawless stay — everything exceeded our expectations!

Fantastic apartment in a perfect location! The location is absolutely phenomenal — right in the heart of all the happenings, just a few minutes’ walk from Perla and other nightlife spots, yet still peaceful, enclosed, and safe. We needed accommodation for the weekend celebration, and it turned out to be the perfect choice! The girl who welcomed us was extremely kind and professional. Communication was smooth and constant, and she even turned on the heating before our arrival, so the apartment was warm and cozy when we entered. The apartment itself is huge — two large bedrooms, a spacious living room, a big and fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a lovely balcony (more like a terrace). Everything was spotless and perfectly clean. A big plus is the underfloor heating and air conditioning in every room, which makes the stay very comfortable. Another advantage is the parking option, which is rare in the city center. All in all — absolutely everything was perfect! I’ll definitely stay here again whenever I come to Budva, whether for a night out or a relaxing weekend.

f I had to mention one small thing, it would be the garage entrance — while the parking itself is fantastic (spacious, safe, and easy to maneuver inside), the entrance might be a bit tight for larger vehicles. This wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s good for future guests to keep in mind.

Functional place to stay, with all necessary facilities

Although clean and spacious, furnishing was dated and apartment had little natural light. Could also hear murmuring voices from adjacent rooms

Good location. Overall acceptable. Reasonably spacious. Having a Kitchen helped with the kids. Beds were comfortable. Nice to have shutters on the windows for a complete black out. Property was warm.

Access and parking instructions were not the best. WiFi internet speed was very slow. Clearly some areas of the property in need of repair. Small touch up jobs but still need doing. The fridge made a high pitched noise all the time. Likely in need to maintenance. The lights were quite dim.

Excellent host, spacious apartment, nice garage, modern appliances and decoration. Above 4.5+/5. The price is also very reasonable.

No courtesy water, coffee or snacks. The garage is not free. The apartment could have been cleaned slightly better.

A good place to return.

A modern and nice apartment in a good location with very kind personnel.

The sofa was uncomfortable and its spings were very noisy. We have reported it and I believe that it will be fixed very soon. The garage entrance is pretty steep. It is safer to ask your passengers to leave the car before going down to the garage otherwise the bottom of the car can be scratched where the slope starts.

Very good location for holiday

That was a comfortable stay, with very pleasant staff. The administrator was very friendly, she helped us call a taxi and was always in touch. Cleaning was available every day. There is air conditioning in every room, which is very helpful when it’s +40°C outside. The location is also perfect, very close to the Old City and the beaches.

VERY bad Wifi. It was impossible to call, to upload the picture to messenger. So, if you need some internet you should take care of mobile connection or find Wifi somewhere else. For me was a huge disadvantage, because I needed to work a bit, to connect with the family in other countries, and it was just impossible

Huge apartment - had everything and more included! Amazing location close to the old town. Great communication with the hosts and very flexible with check in and departure. Would recommend to anyone travelling to the area to stay here! You can't get much better.

Good but could have been better

Good hosts and a great location with a good parking facility.

Cleaning could be better and get rid of the mould around the shower tray and dead bug stains off the walls. Could probably do with a whole refresh. Also, the bed is against a wall, which is a pet hate of ours, so we had to sleep sideways in the bed.

Great quiet location with a really friendly host.

Friendliness of the host. The outside space. The proximity to the Old Town. Very quiet at night.

Location is great but a little difficult to find without the help of Google Maps. Basically, go to the Avala Hotel higher car park (up the slope, not the one at street level) and you will find it there tucked away in the corner.

Great apartment, a few issues needing attention however .

Staff were great . Size of apartment also great . Terrace was lovely .

Kitchen facilities very poor . Hardly any cookware . No toaster was annoying . Beds were really uncomfortable. We also had 2 single duvets on our double bed ! A bit strange and quite uncomfortable

Super location, great value for money

Location was perfect, next to the old town and the beach. Staff was very friendly and supportive. Parking was a great bonus, especially considering that we stayed during peak days (carnaval). Very spacious apartment, great value for money.

Would be perfect if it wasn't for the hosts' attitude

It would be perfect if it wasn't for the general attitude towards issues from the operators (see cons). Pros: * Clean * Lots of toiletries, not worse than in a decent hotel * Well-maintained and comfortable shower enclosure * Great location, both next to a supermarket and the Old City / beach * There is an elevator!

* Not super-easy to find * Despite the elevator, they still have a small set of stairs to climb – so it's still not convenient with a stroller * The parking was supposed to cost 10 EUR in their parking lot. We came with a car categorized as a Compact, but they claimed it was too big (!) and couldn't fit in their parking lot. I can't imagine how tiny the car must be to fit there. Therefore we had to be set up with the nearby hotel's parking lot, which is more expensive (15 EUR), paid in cash (inconvenient if you just came into the country and lacking Euros), and isn't inside like their own parking. The hosts' attitude toward this issue and general attitude at check-in/check-out was uncaring, like everything was our own problem. Besides the parking issue, we came with a stroller and heavy luggage and they didn't offer to help with anything. * They sent a notification that check-out was at 10:00, no excuses. Normally places like this are flexible, but the point is: either be a stickler to the rules, or don't. If you're a stickler, you can't suddenly change your mind about the parking and charge extra (at the very least, pay the difference). If you're not a stickler, don't send uncomfortable check-out time notifications to guests and be flexible.
