A wonderful stay at Sun and Sea Apartments!

The apartments are spotless, spacious, and offer a stunning sea view. The location is perfect — just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and shops, so everything is within easy reach. Every detail is thoughtfully arranged: a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a lovely balcony to enjoy the sunset. But what truly made our stay special was the host, Maja. 💛 She is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Maja greeted us personally, gave us great local tips, and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks to her warmth and hospitality, we felt completely at home. In short, Sun and Sea Apartments is not just a place to stay — it’s a memorable experience. We’ll definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing seaside holiday!

Fabulous stay

Beautiful top floor apartment with 2 balconies . Very modern and totally well equipped with everything you need and spotless clean. Washing machines on ground floor free to use with powder supplied . Maia, the manager lives on site and was so helpful. Recommended restaurants and surrounding areas. Small supermarkets next door for all essentials, shut all day Sunday. So Maia gave us milk to keep us going! 24 hour bakery at bottom of hill. Fabulous food

Absolutely everything! Our stay got off to a perfect start with our car space clearly designated in front of the apartment. We were early and Maja kindly allowed us to check in ahead of time. The location was a short walk to shops, old town, beaches and boats - perfect! The spotlessly clean apartment had everything we needed for a self catering stay. There were extra towels, which we appreciated given that we were there for four nights. The pool was lovely and a nice place to retreat to after the crowds on the city beaches. Communication with Maja was fantastic and she provided lots of information and recommendations on beaches, restaurants etc.

Perfect place to discover Budva – highly recommended!

We stayed here for six nights and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was in excellent condition, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you might need. Both bedrooms had air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable. The pool area was perfect for relaxing and cooling off after a day out. There are several parking spaces right in front of the building, all covered by camera surveillance, so we always felt secure. The street is a dead end, so there is little traffic. The location is great: you can easily walk to the beach and the old town in about 10-15 minutes. There’s also a small but well-stocked supermarket right next door, which was very convenient for daily shopping. Most importantly, we want to highlight the outstanding hospitality of our host, Maja. We have rarely met someone as friendly, professional, and genuinely caring as her. She was always available to help, responded to every question immediately, and gave us fantastic tips for restaurants and things to do in the area. She truly made us feel at home. We highly recommend this place!

Great stay in Budva

The apartment was perfect – very clean and beautifully furnished, with everything we needed. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, providing us with detailed instructions and assistance with everything. Everything is very well maintained, and the pool is wonderful with sun loungers (one day we didn’t even go to the beach because it was so nice). The location of the apartment is fantastic – just about 10 minutes from the beach and also close to the old town. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Clean, modern apartment that has everything you could need. Location was great. Extra touches in the bathroom with flannels for make up.

No lift, only draw back was getting your luggage up and down the stairs.

Excellent apartments, highly recommended.

We booked two apartments at Sun and Sea. Both apartments were excellent—clean, with balconies, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The apartments have air conditioning and are within walking distance of the beach and the old city (about a 10-minute walk). There’s also a fruit market, supermarket, and mall about 10 minutes away (walking). In addition, there is a fun pool available for the apartment guests. Maya, the host, was lovely and available for any questions or requests. Highly recommended! 🌸

The location is excellent, but there is a bit of an uphill walk to reach the apartments, and there are stairs inside the building. So if someone has a physical limitation when it comes to climbing stairs, it’s something to keep in mind. It didn’t bother us at all…

The stay was exceptional!

Absolutely love the host! She was amazing from booking, checking in to checking out. She also gave us a list of recommendations from stuff to do, where to eat, shop etc. Everything was on point with the property, the aesthetic (so beautiful), the location, cleanliness. Super close to everything really, the beach, old town, actual town, shops and a very short drive to Sveti Stefan Cleanliness was a 15/10! Didn’t wear shoes or slippers anywhere in the apartment. It was super clean and smelled so fresh even at the main entrance

Lovely and quite place

Maja was a great host! I loved the way she speaks and guided us in every thing. Her communication was excellent. The room was very clean and there were small towel for make up as well :) we really enjoyed our room thank you :) we had to leave early in the morning and I informed Maja for it then she came to say goodbye face to face absolutely amazing what she has done! The accomodation is just 7-8 mins walk to the Budva beach side. Also Parking area is very good she reserved for us. Thank you Maja love you. Highly recommend it.

Very nice place to stay in Budva. Very clean room, everything was fresh, towels, bed, bathroom, everything. Nice air conditioning and a nice small kitchen. Manja was very helpful and warm with us. Parking spot was reserved for us durring our stay.

- Friendly and helpful host (we were allowed an early check-in!) - Close (1km walking) to the Old town - Close to the beach, ferries and super market (next door!) - Big apartment with all necessary equipment and a stable WiFi-connection - Lovely pool area, outdoor shower and plenty of sun chairs - Host (Maja) was very accommodating and took our requests and feedback very seriously, and she helped us book a taxt to Sveti Stefan! The apartment we stayed in was on the top floor of the building. We had two large balconies which was very useful as one half of the day there was sun on one balcony, and the other balcony had shade at the same time. So we could choose which balcony we wanted to be on, have a meal, rest, etc. The apartment was very clean and had all the necessary equipment. We didn’t miss anything. The host (Maja) was very lovely and warm. She allowed us to check-in very early (10 am.), which was suprise for us, as we just wanted to leave our luggage at the reception before check-in. We appreciate the hospitality. Had a pleasant stay. I do recommend Sun’n’Sea apartaments.

Beautiful, well kept building with pool. Room was updated with everything needed. Owners made sure we were properly taken care of. Even took time to wish us good bye once we left. Would highly recommend.

No real negatives about the property. Only small downside is the building doesn’t have an elevator and our room was on the fourth floor.

Brilliant stay in Budva

Where to start!! The interior of the apartment block is modern and spotlessly clean. It's situated a 10 minutes walk from the coast and a little more to the old town. There's a little supermarket at the end of the street and a delicious bakery a few minutes away. Our aparement was very spacious. The beds were comfortable. There is access to washing machines, and the pool area is lovely, too. Maja was a fantastic host. She is very easy to talk to and she made our stay extra special. It is so easy for me to recommend this accommodation.

Family friendly apartment

Loved everything. Friendly hosts Maja and her husband plus the cleaning lady. Went above and beyond to accommodate us and our 10 month old baby, from arranging baby car seat for the airport transfers, High chair, baby bath and shower gel, cot etc. Very family friendly with excellent facilities. Appliances are modern and clean. Communication from the beginning was clear, good English, and quick. Gave great recommendations of what to do and always tended to our needs. €80 return taxi transfer organised for us from Podgorica. We would recommend 100% and would also return. Thanks for a great 10 days in Budva.

There is nothing I didn't like. There is big construction going up everywhere in Budva, so I think wherever you stay there will be another apartment block going up to block your view.
