Awesome & perfect

If you want a 5-star hotel experience but on a budget, i strongly recommend this place.we needed to extend our stay because we were so amazed that everyday our place is cleaned, towels are changed and dishes are also washed. Best stay in Budva

The apartment is situated close to the old town. It was spotless and the bed was super comfy. The check in couldn't have gone any smoother and Ivana, the host very kindly provided a map and explained the various places to see in Budva and surrounding areas. There is also parking just in front of the property.

Excellent and peaceful!

It’s exactly as described, exceptionally clean and tidy, cozy, so peaceful at night. The staff, though speaks limited English, were very welcoming, respectful and kind. It’s a safe haven for travellers. With built in small kitchen and cooking utensils, wardrobe furniture for your clothings and belongings, ironing equipment, enough charging plugs, comfy pillows and bed, fast speed internet for movies and browsing, clothes rail to hang clothes, a balcony and so much more, I cannot fault the place. It’s a walking distance to the main Old Town Budva (we figured a short cut). Pool is nice but we weren’t able to use it due to rain and cold weather.

Just some kids’ voices in the afternoon but if you’re mostly out, this should not be a problem.

Amazing apartment with a villa feel very large balcony amazing can’t fault the room itself. Not used the pool area but it does look great. View from balcony of the mountain area is lovely. Cleaned daily and got everything you need.

Location is very high up so the walk from the front and the old town is steep and taxis was around 17 euro to take you back and there are no buses nearby. No reception to get any info about the area of local tourist information. Was welcomed by the cleaner but have not seen any other staff around throughout our stay.

The Appartments are spacious and beautifully decorated. The garden and pool area offers a mini oasis. The owner Irvana is very kind and informative.

Room was enormous which we loved, really nice balcony.

Pool was filthy with lots of dead spiders and wasps floating around. Very difficult to locate, Apple Maps location is nowhere near the actual address.

Charming apartment in Budva

Ivana is wonderful and super friendly host. The apartments are decorated beautifully and have lovely little touches. It is a short - within 15mins - walk to the old town. It has a home from home feel. The parking outside is very convenient.

It would not be right for you if you want to be very close to the water and if you don't want the living with the locals type of vibe.

A lovely sanctuary in bustling Budva.

A lovely sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Budva. A very welcoming pool is ideal in the heat. The apartment was lovely, spacious and clean as well as well equipped. The walk towards the old town using the short cut via the steps means that it really is a short walk down to the main parts. A few mini markets and bakeries are nearby which is great. Ivana the host is also very helpful and very welcoming. A great base for the Budva riviera.

A very pleasant and friendly owner. She sincerely told us about and helped us plan what to see in Budva, which beaches are worth visiting and which are not. The location is excellent, everything is within walking distance. A very peaceful and beautiful place. Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment, great house and pool an added bonus

The apartment was a bit removed from the town which was nice. The pool was a lovely addition and the proximity of a shop and bakery was perfect for us.

The apartment was lovely and easy to get in and out of town. We liked that it was a little removed from the town centre as that was too much for us- didn’t realise quite how ‘party’ a place Budva was!

The apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Towels changed daily! The pool area is lovely and welcome in the heat. Ivana goes out of her way to help you decide where you want to explore.

Amazing room and pool with the best host.

The host, Ivana, was so lovely, welcoming, helpful and friendly. She gave lots of great recommendations and booked us a taxi. The pool was calm and quiet, and the room was huge and comfortable.

Nothing bad at all. The only thing is the street wasn’t amazing and was a 10-15 minute walk to old town and other areas but this wasn’t an issue as such.

Beautiful Villa in Budva

This Villa was truly stunning, incredibly clean, spacious and the living room was well decorated. The pool looked nice although a bit crammed at most times throughout so we didn’t spend time around here, I’m sure quieter in non peak season. The cost of the night here for what you got was fantastic, the best value for money place we’ve experienced in Europe! Our bed was comfy, the shower good with exceptional, high quality toiletries and overall we had a great stay here and could’ve stayed longer in this place if we had the time.

It’s about a 20 minute walk from the bus station and 15-20 minutes to the beach up and down some hills which without good fitness or a car can be difficult. Not much the villa can do about where it is! But a heads up if you are to stay here then think about taxi, hire car or bikes!

Wonderful home away from home

I never stayed in a property that far exceeded my expectations like this one! We stayed in a beautiful one bedroom apartment, which was extremely spacious, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more, it was in easy walking distance to town and we had a very relaxing stay. The hostess greeted us on arrival and she was nothing but gracious and kind. I wholeheartedly recommend this accomodation to anyone staying in Budva!

Perfect retreat

The size of the studio apartment was very good with outside space to eat. The apartment was serviced every day. The decor was very appealing and the scent of Jasmine by the pool in the garden was beautiful. The host, Ivana, was exceptionally helpful and provided a orientation session with a map which she tailored to our liking. It’s a 12 min walk to Budva Old Town and there are coffee shops, a mini market and a Bakery nearby.

Clean, spacious, close to town, quiet location

There is a lot of attention to detail and care for the accommodation and its people. Ivana was so excited to talk to her guests, recommending things to do in Budva and very passionate about keeping the apartment comfortable. We had a beautiful view from the balcony, a bright and spacious kitchen. There were fresh flowers on the dining table. Warning! A cat might jump on your terrace or come to your room, but we were happy to welcome the guest. Overall, very clean.

I was looking at this property for a while, but it was booked for the time period. Fortunately cached a cancelation by chance. It was one of our nest stays so far! Apartment is very clean, spacious, the terrace and garden with pool are great! Ivona is the best host you could wish for. So good tips from her, hospitality at this villa at a high level. We will return when in Montenegro in the future.
