Anazing location and view, and really clean and big apartment

The apartment impressed with it cleanness and location! Light and big living room, two big bed rooms with queen size bed in one and two single beds in the second. Two balcony. From one of the balcony you’ll have amazing sea view to Budva bay. Bed linen, towels are professional like in high level hotels. Kitchen, bathroom are really clean and good equipped. The location is right behind marina walking area. There are some good restaurants worth to visit with a family. Good shops and shopping center are right in next two blocks. Old city if Budva is in 20min walk.

There is no parking as it’s city center. The closest parking is in 150m in the shopping center garage. Parking along streets is limited, allocated parkings are paid (0.8..1€ /hour)

great location, new modern apartment, easy communication

no free parking but good pay parking closeby. the accommodation deducted 40 euro from my payment (for 2 days parking but 1 day parking cost about 28 euro)

Modern apartment with a great view located 100m from the waterfront

Our Fontana Residence apartment was on the 8th floor with a balcony view of the waterfront and old town. It was modern, well appointed and cozy, and only about 100m from the waterfront bar and restaurant strip (I recommend the Beer and Bike Club for drinks and/or dinner). The Old Town is about 400-500m away and worth a visit. We had excellent communication with our host, Iva, and she met us at the residence to hand over the keys. A hassle-free check-in.

All in all, a great place featured by modern facilities and luxurious design.

Everything was like in the description: picturesque sea view was amazing on the balcony. The apartment is modern, new, luxuriously equipped, and capacious for a family. Is is run in cooperation with the hotel in the lower part of the building, so one feels as if one were placed in a hotel. Is is also ideal for a holiday if one needs to bring one's family to stay for a few days - just like in a modern apartment. The building is surrounded by many likewise modern and luxurious apartment buildings, hotels, restaurants and bars, and just a few steps away from the coastal line and old town. So everything is convenient.

Well, nothing practically, but it would be great if some tea, coffee and refreshments were provided upon arrival - it's nothing big, but could make one feel more at home.

Great location, great apartment, try and see :)

Very nice apartment, spacious, well equipped. We would wish to have a dishwasher and some better pan in the kitchen, but this is nothing so important. On the other side there is a washing machine, 2 balconies where swimming suites and clothes can be dried. Beds are excellent, apartment is luxury, airconditioned with quality devices and overall it is simply excellent. Very close to old Budva and directly on the promenade. Surprisingly, with closed windows it is quite. The owner Bojan is very polite and responsive, can only recommend.

Great stay in Budva

A private apartment in a hotel, a bit tricky to find but owner Bojan was very helpful. Comes with parking, very central location, lovely view. Cash payment only, which seem to be the way in Montenegro.

Budva is an upcoming city under a lot of developments, so there was a lot of building noises around but we might have just been unlucky.

Amazing and wonderful stay at the sea line

The host (Bojan) has contacted us in advance, told us about parking options and how to get to the property. He is a very hospitable and friendly person and always ready to help. Our stay was very nice - clean and cozy apartment with an outstanding sea view and views of the old town and the marina. The modern apartment is fully furnished with all needed appliances to live. The old town, the sea line and parking are in the close vicinity (5 mins walk). Highly recommended!

The apartment is brand new, spacious and clean. It is modernly furnished and has a beautiful view of the marina and the old town. The owner is very friendly and takes good care of the guests. The apartment is located in a new hotel building with a restaurant which offers tasty breakfasts and a varied menu. The staff is very kind. Highly recommendable!

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - neues Gebäude mit einem soliden, schönen Apartment.

Die Lage ist sehr gut - schöner Blick vom Balkon über die Bucht, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und das Apartment ist super mit Preis/Leistung. Ein Kiosk für den schnellen Einkauf ist ebenso ums Eck wie der Supermarkt. Handtücher wurden auch einmal getauscht - super!

Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte in Hinblick auf Gläser schon besser sein. Matratzen sind recht hart und die Kopfpölster zu hoch (wie fast überall) Kleiderbügel gibt es pro Zimmer jeweils 3 - könnten auch mehr sein...

Bardzo blisko Starego Miasta, mieszkanie bardzo ładne. Piekny widok z balkonu na zatokę i Stare Miasto. Do każdej sypialni przynależy balkon. Łazienka oddzielona od salonu korytarzem z drzwiami. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Każde pomieszczenie posiada klimatyzację i telewizor. W mieszkaniu znajduje się pralka, suszarka do rozwieszenia prania, żelazko, deska do prasowania, sejf, suszarka do włosów, ekspres do kawy. Miła włascicielka Pani Iva. Parking bezplatny znajdujący się 50m od hotelu w TQ Plaza. Dostaliśmy kartę na darmowe parkowanie przez cały nasz pobyt, po zameldowaniu się

Jeśli ktoś liczy na ciszę to musi wybrać inną lokalizację gdyż miasto żyje do późnych godzin nocnych aczkolwiek okna są szczelne i mozna spac przy zamknietych. Kuchnia bardzo słabo wyposażona, brakowało podstawowych akcesoriów. W łazience niestety śmierdzi z kanalizacji
