Stunning views in very spacious apartment for 6 adults

First off ... a big shout out to Maria the host who was just amazing! clear and concise communication from pre to post stay. Answered everything in fast manner.. thank you Maria. The apartment is located on a hill which we walked up multiple times every day without problem and never had the need for a taxi as you'll read in the other reviews. The walk up from the Old Town takes 12 minutes (we timed it). The apartment exceeded our expectations and was bigger than what we were expecting, was spotless clean (and WiFi worked everyday with 6 of us connected without any issues). The views were absolutely stunning looking over the old town and bay. Nice touch with a modern smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Video etc, although we didn't switch it on once as we were sat on the balcony taking in the stunning view. We had a car rental and had no problems driving around, we parked the car literally opposite the apartment every day and had no issue finding a parking space. Thank you again Maria :)

Not related to the apartment, but the road between Tivat/Kotor and Budva is under major construction so allow extra time for any travel, it does move, it's just congested during rush-hour travel. But should be better once completed.

Excellent stay in a lovely apartment!

We had a fantastic stay at Vidikovac Marble House! Traveling as a group of five friends, we found the apartment spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited to our needs. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view from the balcony, offering a stunning panorama of Budva’s old town and the beautiful coastline. Our host, Maria, was exceptional! Her communication from the moment we booked until our departure was prompt, warm, and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!

We were aware from other reviews that the apartment is located on a hill, so we were prepared for a bit of a climb. However, it turned out to be steeper and longer than expected, and may not be ideal for those who are less agile or physically fit - especially in the heat of June and July. That said, taxis to the old town are very affordable (typically €3–6) and extremely convenient, with quick availability even on short notice. The wifi was also very temperamental which didn't bother us but would've been inconvenient if we were working remotely.

The view, the pool, the facilities and location all lovely. Check in was easy and Anna was so helpful and answered all our questions.

The view was absolutely amazing, very clean and extremely spacious. 6 nights for 4100 euro was steep for only a group of 5, but if sharing it with a much larger group it would be more reasonable. We were on the top floor, it had it's own private rooftop terrace, a huge space with an awesome view.

If coffee is high on your list, it says there is a coffee maker, but we didn't have one, nor anyone else we spoke to. Although the walk to town is only 15-20 mins it is a very steep road from the building, then a little hike into town or a 170 stone stairs for a shorter distance. We were there in July, so with the heat it was a killer. The pictures lead me to believe my unit was right off the pool but was actually 5 flights up (no elevator). The parking is very hairy, parking on a step angle.

Velfungerende og rigtig god beliggenhed.

Fantastisk udsigt, lækkert indrettet - alt hvad man havde brug for. Gode værelser, gode senge, dejlig pool. Super sød vært, der var behjælpelig med at arrangere transfer til og fra lufthavn, god til at give mange god tips, og var hurtig til at svare på spørgsmål, når vi skrev til hende.

Alt var så fint, men man skal have gode ben for at komme hjem fra byen. Ellers var en taxa også en mulighed. Vi tog det som en god træning at tage turen hjem til fods, op op op ad bakke.

Bruseren i det ene badeværelse fungerede dårligt og i det andet skiftede vandet fra varmt til koldt hele tiden. Altanen var for lille til 6 personer

Fint opphold med en litt ubehagelig situasjon.

Fin utsikt, store leiligheter og god plass.

Urent basseng, fikk hårkjertel-betennelse (follikulitt) etter å ha badet i basseng. Må skylde seg veldig grundig etter bading her, jeg ble sykmeldt i flere dager etter at jeg kom hjem.

Otrolig utsikt, bra service och välbehövligt med den tillhörande poolen!

Jättebra kommunikation med värden, snabb service och alltid beredd att hjälpa till. Fräsch lägenhet som hade allt man behöver!

Det enda negativa var den väldigt branta backen upp till boendet. Vi tog taxi de flesta dagarna från centrum vilket kostade cirka 5 euro (om ni åker med något av företagen rekommenderade av värden).
