De locatie was echt perfect! Op high street centraler kan niet. Wel vrij gehorig want veel verkeer en geen dubbelglas in het pand. Het appartement was prachtig. Veel ruimte en goede badkamers. Ook bedden van goede kwaliteit.

Het afhalen van de sleutel was een totaal drama! Ik had geweigerd mijn ID-gegevens te up-loaden want dat vind ik een absurd risico voor een overnachting die al betaald is, dit heb ik van tevoren gemeld. Toen ik de sleutel kwam afhalen op een andere locatie ben ik verplicht dit alsnog te doen, anders kon de sleutel niet worden vrijgegeven. Dit alles via een bijzonder onaardige dame, die pas na vele keren proberen te telefonische te bereiken was. Ik zou nooit meer met deze eigenaar die meer panden heeft boeken!

Fantastic location, clean and spacious

Property was very good the only snag was the checking in which wasn’t straight forward, especially as they sent me a code which wasn’t the correct code for our property.

Good location. Good showers. Comfortable beds. Lovely big main bathroom.

Very noisy as only one window retro double glazed. Why not all windows?

Location was good & very central

Lock box location was not clearly identified. The address details were poor and could be improved enormously by identifying the business that the lock box is located in. The advance communications were too long and I hadn't expected to have to complete a boarding pass before collecting the keys. The experience of collecting the keys was very unpleasant as a result Furthermore there were hidden fees, The ktichen facilities are poor for a family house. e.g. only two wine glasses in a house for 4. THe only cafeteria was really small and could make coffee for everyone. No curtains meant bed rooms were very bright and sitting room was cold and drafty
