Nice apartment, super position to visit Edinburgh just on a side road of the Royal Mile. Roomy and decently comfortable, fully equipped kitchen. Staff was supporting when we faced some issues.
We arrived and there was no hot water, no Wifi and no Tv working. After chatting with the staff, they guided me to flick the right fuses and finally get things working (Thanks!) but still we wasted more than an hour. Then a power socket was not working in the room and I had to gather all cable extensions I could find around the house to plug the bedside lamp.
