Apartmán je na skvělém místě, Royal Mile, blízko starého centra města. Má to ale nevýhodu v podobě ruchu - poměrně rušná silnice i v noci, blízká restaurace. Apartmán má standardní plně dostačující vybavení. Je prostorný a komfortně vyhřívaný. V domě samotném je klid. Nic nám v apartmánu nechybělo. K dispozici byl i čaj a kávové kapsle.
Hlavní plus, tedy poloha, je zároveň hlavním mínusem. Je zde ruch. Samo o sobě by to nejspíš nevadilo, ale apartmán má stará okna, která nejde zcela dovřít. Tím pádem zde jednak táhne studený vzduch (nic tragického) a hlavně dovnitř proniká hodně hluku.
