The location was excellent for us. A short walk from the train station, to the restaurants, the Castle for the Tattoo, and all the Fringe events.
There was no lighting in the stairwell, so used our phone torches, but not ideal going up and down the stairs in the evenings

Good space, good location
Wifi not working properly, only working in one small room. No Iron & Ironing board provided even though mentioned in facilities it will be provided.
