We truly loved our time at the JW Marriott in Venice. The island was beautifully kept in all aspects, as you would expect from a high-end Marriott. It felt like a special place. The grounds were lovely, the restaurants, food, and refreshments were top notch. The outdoor pool was very relaxing with great views. Our room was superb, a ground floor with an outdoor private garden. We will never forget our visit and the boat trip from the hotel to the main venice hub was a memorable experience. On the last day we booked a private taxi as we had 3 suit cases and it was a great personal experience that will live with us forever. We can not wait to go back to this special hotel. 10/10!

Second time and planning to come back to enjoy the tranquility on the island. Very friendly staff. Especially, Luca at the pool. And best cappuccino!
Prices at restaurants, for water and coffee are high. Food choice is rather limited.

The location is perfect for families! The facilities and the activities on the island are also great and plenty to choose from
It is not well maintained, walls look worn out, curtains are ripped and instead of replaced, they are sewed and the rooms are not clean, the carpet is dirty also! Bedsheets had a strange smell, not fresh or clean.
