Clean, quiet and perfect for a short stay over close to airport

I wasn’t in a good mood as my flight got cancelled and I had to stay overnight, booked this place as it’s 9-12 min by tram/ walk from station. And man was it nice, really friendly service including breakfast in their bar below. Perfect bedroom and nice bathroom with a good shower. All was perfectly clean and it was a very quiet night even with window open. Really helped me to relax of all earlier that day. My sincere compliments!

The hostess is very smiling and kind. The room is cozy and very clean. The beds are very comfortable. There is an independent air conditioner. The towels and bed linen smelled very good.. The breakfast was sufficient and tasty..The tram stop is 5 minutes from the apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We would stay here again. We recommend it.😊

It was clean

Many of the facilities mentioned on the site were missing, for example the slippers and the iron. We eventually got one after requesting it, although they told us we should have asked in advance. There was a camera on the hallway watching our every move. We wanted to use the fridge, but we were not allowed. Got charged 11 euros for using the washing machine and the dryer once. Literally everything is extra cost, but when the host presented the accomodation to us, they never mentioned anything. The host would come every day for 'daily cleaning', although nothing was actually getting cleaned. The accomodation was close to the train station, although really far from the city center. Also, there is no garden/mountain view. The breakfast was horrible! Nothing to eat basically, we had juice and croissants from Lidl, no actual food.

Property was nice. Proximity was very close to the Florence airport. Tram or taxi is possible. Set up is more like a B&B. Security on the property is excellent. We left very early for a flight and we’re not able to enjoy the breakfast.

I needed a room last minute and the hosts were so incredibly gracious and accommodating and the room was spotless and comfortable. Close to the airport and a grocery store across the street and a cafe downstairs. Highly recommend.

it was a lovely en suite up a couple flights of stairs. super comfortable arrangement the owners were extremely helpful and picked us up at train station. they gave us info on nearby restaurants, where we could take a nice walk along a park, and provided breakfast in their coffee shop on street level. They also arranged transportation to the airport for €40.

My daughter didn’t stay due to feeling uncomfortable and unsafe.

I booked this for my daughter to be close to the airport for an early morning flight. We did not realize that this is not a hotel but a private residence with a shared living space that she were off limits to her. The accommodations were clean and room looked nice but she didn’t feel comfortable staying there as a single woman with a shared key to the front door, the bedroom had a sliding door, a host who spoke no English and spoke via Google translate and made an inappropriate comment about her looks. she did not end up staying and would not recommend this to a single woman. We found this on a link that said top 10 hotels by Florence Airport on Trip Advisor. To be clear, this is not a hotel. This is one room in an apartment that you are sharing with other people.

Very practical if you arrive late at the airport, its à few blocks away. We parked on the street overnight and slept well. Room was very clean breakfast was good and hosts have been super Nice and arranging. Very few number of rooms so very quiet, and very local, a good place to stay to live il Firenze rather than stay in an hotel.there is a little balcony as well. The bathroom was new well designed and very clean with clean towels. Much appreciated.
