Very clean, they booked a taxi for our flight the next morning at 3:45am. Staff walked us out. Very nice

Well located hotel near food and transportation

Loacted across the street from a grocery store and 'food cart'. 7 minute walk to tram station. Everything worked.

A bit dated with the black and mirrors theme. Some furniture was worn. Shower is pretty small.

The rooms was clean and the bed was good , the ac also works with out a door card.

The location wasn’t the best , taxi will cost from 20-50 euro one way.

Excellent location, very helpful staff, great for an overnight stay before catching an early flight.

Very easy check-in, staff is very helpful and prompt to answer questions. Coffee in the early morning is a very nice touch! Very convenient location for catching an early flight. Comfortable room, all very clean.

Room facing a busy road was a bit noisy, and the air conditioning/fan was not working. We were able to open the windows, which is nice, were it not for the noise from the road.

I’ll stay there again

Close to airport and train. Staff was excellent, friendly and spoke great English. Helped us get downtown on the train, which was simple, but we couldn’t have figured it out without their help.

The staff were amazing and we had such a comfortable stay.

They accidentally gave us the wrong room when checking in and when we informed them, they immediately found us another room and compensated us above and beyond for the mistake. The staff members were incredible. They gave us great advices on how to get to city center and airport. Breakfast was good too.

The location was a 8 min walk to the nearest tram station and at night there are barely any lights available so it's a bit scary when going to and from the city center at night.

Everything was very good except the heating system.

The heating of the rooms only worked between 19 and 6 am because of the energy savings. One night it turned on automatically and it was a cool air. The weather was cooler like usual in April so it should have been better some kind of heating in daytime also.

We had less than 24 hours in Florence and felt we saw many sights and had a great meal !

The room was great. I was exhausted and ended up sleeping 12 hours after a long flight from Chicago!
