Lot of noise

Location was horrible, next to the biggest hospital in Antwerp, continuous sirens of ambulance, all night long

The window shades let people look inside when it’s dark outside and light in the apartment

I was over satisfied

The apartment has everything, and i mean everything, it was ridiculous how much we didn't need anything.

The only thing i could complain about was, since we had a 1 year old baby, there was too much candle and exposed socket and wires, which i had to hide from my baby.

The apartment is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. A good base for working.

The apartment in isolation is excellent but the surrounding area is quite soulless and a lot of building work. However, if staying for business or work, this isn’t such an issue

Modern and very well appointed apartment

This attractive and modern apartment has a large array of fittings that make life very comfortable indeed - washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, a variety of light settings, remote control blinds and (my favourite in the humid weather) small personal fans on the bedside tables. The balcony is spacious, the nearby parking easy to access and the area has waterside restaurants and bars. The tram which can be caught across the road takes you to within a 15 minute walk to the central square. The hosts’ communication and the information provided was very helpful.

From the moment you enter the apartment it is very welcoming. We did not want for anything, our hosts Hannas and Tom were communicating with us on a daily basis. They went above and beyond what we have received in the past from the many places we have stayed. They opened their home to us, which made us feel very comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble, I would highly recommend their place to my friends and family.

very nice and cozy flat, it’s our second time here. you have everything you might eventually need: coffee machine, umbrellas, slippers, even blender! I’m sure we will book it again, when we are in Antwerpen. Very easy entering the apartment and parking, also easy to find. Hannes is very welcoming and when we had a question he replied within seconds. thank you!

every detail was very thoughtful, clean, organised, and equipped for a nice stay and enjoy your stay in the apartment, the location is not far from the centre of the city (30MIN walking- or 5 min in tram which you can take it in front of the apartment) in the surroundings you have supermarket, coffee, restaurants.

everything, amazing Appartment, close to the city center, very clean, super stylish. very nice balcony and view. You have everything what you need to stay there, incl. coffee machine and smoothie maker:) also Hannes provided us with some nice recommendations for the restaurants and was very welcoming and always answered all of our questions. don’t hesitate to book this place!

It was perfect, with the hosts providing all the friendly and thoughtful details from a welcome message on the cupboard, to all you can think of as something you may need during your stay to the bottles of water and beer in the fridge and the invitation to drink them, to the very useful guidebook they compiled: http://bit.ly/ab-com-guide-london993. With five people one bathroom and one toilet was a bit too few. The toilet has no window or vent.

Excellent communication by Hannes, the apartment was fully stocked with all the essentials, it was spotlessly clean and had integrated smart home technology, which did set it apart from lots of other places. It was a little out of town, but that added to its charm.

Great communication with the hosts. The apartment is cosy, comfortable and stylish, we enjoyed the coffee and atmosphere. The lightning and thermostat are smart, which is quite convenient. Tram stop is nearby.

For me the bed was too soft, which is a matter of personal preference, but I always try to find this information in reviews.

The chocolate cookies jar position was easily reached by my 6 year kid, so I barely reached in time for only 2 bombons. Put it up on the kitchen hood for guests with kids ;) as a result my kid would give the review of 10+, me 10 since not many chocolates reached my belly.
