Terrible

Very disorganized consortium. They own different properties in the city and are not coordinated in any way. They left my guest standing from of the apartment in the cold, gave a wrong code, gave a different apartment address other than the one I booked. Still haven’t refunded my deposit/tax. I would avoid them at all costs

Stay was ok

Owner did not take any responsibility for creating an invoice, even though it is clearly mentioned in the terms of Booking.com. Invoice is needed for België VAT autorithies, as this booking was made from my company.

Nice apartment at very central location

The location couldn’t be more central! We stayed there mid-December and the Christmas market was a 1-minute walk away. We were staying in apartment 1, which was nice and spacious, and nicely decorated. The bed and the sofa bed were comfortable, and there was enough room to move around. A coat hanger would have been handy, though.

There is no reception and you get a WhatsApp message with a code to open the key box outside the front door. It is a bit impersonal that way, but it worked. The entrance and staircase were a bit weird. The back of the wooden stairs to the next floor were leading through our apartment, so you heard the people walking up and down. At night it was quiet, though. There is no door between the living room and the bedroom. There is enough privacy, but the noise and light from the living room might be bothering if one of the guests wants to sleep earlier. Another thing that was confusing was that they seem to operate under different names, so you are getting messages from different senders: NEW Central old town - Exclusive Residences, Home & Hill, and Gigi Homes.

Je krijgt je borg niet terugbetaald! Wees gewaarschuwd!

Je wordt gevraagd om borg te betalen en uiteindelijk krijg je je geld niet terug. Ze nemen de telefoon niet op en reageren verder ook helemaal nergens op. Ik zou iedereen willen waarschuwen om hier niet te verblijven. Er wordt gelogen over dat er een feest werd gehouden om de borg niet terug te betalen. Wees gewaarschuwd voor deze oplichters!

Magnifique appartement à côté de la grande place d'Anvers au centre ville. Easy acces

Juste a côté de la la grande place d'Anvers c'était vraiment sympa et magnifique.

Seulement les voisins qui ont loué à côté ont fait beaucoup de bruit.

L’emplacement était super bien située.

Le logement n’étais pas très propre, l’hôte était difficile à contacter en plus de ça ne répond pas au appels. Il y’avais des pièges à souris !!!

De locatie was echt top.

Het slot werkte niet langs binnen (we konden de kamer wel op slot doen, maar het appartement niet), we moesten 10€ extra betalen om de toegangscode te krijgen van het appartement (dit was niet transparant, aangezien dit niet op voorhand vermeld was. Het was deels een echte toeristentaks, maar vooral een processing fee). Koken in deze keuken is moeilijk aangezien er niet eens houten spatels of ovenwanten waren.

Net en verzorgd appartement dat overeenkomt met de beschrijving. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf. De communicatie met de host verliep vlot en duidelijk.

Tout, à part l’emplacement qui était incroyable, il n’y avait pas de chauffage, en plus de cela une infection de souris et de rats, lors de mon séjour, le proprio était au courant du problème, puisqu’il y’avait des pièges à souris dans l’appartement, je vous souhaite de ne jamais y aller, si booking n’avait pas réagi, le propriétaire désagréable ne souhaitait pas rembourser.

De locatie

De verwarming werkte niet naar behoren. Het was er koud. De douche deur was stuk. De douche kraan was stuk. Geen gordijnen bij het zeer grote raam. De overburen stonden naar binnen te staren, tijdens het roken. Slaapkamer afscheiding met een gordijn. Goedkoop bed en dekbed te klein. Entree rommelig. Kapstok boven TV. Alles wat stuk is wordt niet vervangen of door hobby Bob gerepareerd.

Lekker verblijf in een leuk appartement op een fijne plek in Antwerpen!

De plek van dit appartement is top. Super centraal en wanneer je naar buiten stapt zie je direct de Grote Markt en de Lieve Vrouwenkathedraal. Via Booking zijn de mensen goed te bereiken. Het appartement is schoon en gezellig (maar basic) ingericht. We zouden zo nog eens terugkomen!

Het dekbed vonden wij wat minder. Hopelijk kopen ze nog eens een donzen dekbed, zodat het nog wat prettiger slapen wordt.

Prima locatie, basic inrichting

De locatie, precies onder de klokkentoren van de Kathedraal. Het 'exclusive residences' heeft hier vooral betrekking op locatie en pand, met prachtig dakraam. Verder was een late check-out ook heel prettig. De geboden hulp van de klantenservice was fijn. Ook de parkeergarage heel dichtbij was fijn.

De kwaliteit van de inrichting. De bedden waren hard en verre van luxe of comfortabel. De douchekraan had een kapotte knop en ophang van handdouche. Het inchecken was lastig, omdat er apart toeristenbelasting moet worden voldaan voordat de toegangscode van sleutelkluis wordt verstrekt. Dit was onvoldoende duidelijk.

A very cozy and authentically styled two-story apartment tucked under the roof of a historic building right in the heart of the city. The location is superb — just 50 meters from the Town Hall Square. There is a spacious kitchen–living area equipped with everything you might need. Upstairs you’ll find comfortable sleeping arrangements with four double beds, and a modern bathroom (just one for the whole apartment, for reference). The building features very narrow staircases, typical of old Antwerp. The bedroom windows offer lovely views if you choose to enjoy them. The apartment is pleasantly warm, with hardwood floors that feel great under bare feet. Communication with the service bot was extremely quick and efficient. Очень уютная и аутентичная двухэтажная квартира под крышей старинного дома в самом центре. Великолепное расположение (50 метров от Ратушной площади). Большая кухня-гостиная со всем необходимым. Удобные кровати (4 двуспальные) на втором этаже. Современная ванная (1 на всю квартиру, на всякий случай). В доме очень узкие лестницы, типичные для старого Антверпена. Очень красивые виды из окон спален (при желании). В квартире очень тепло. Паркетный пол (приятно ходить босиком) Очень быстрая коммуникация с сервис-ботом

Some cleaning flaws. Because of the central location of the apartment, it can be noisy at night. The furniture is not new and shows some wear. The tourist tax of €5 per person per night is not included in the booking price + a €75 deposit (returned the next day). Parking is 3–5 minutes on foot (at least €25 per day). Некоторые огрехи уборки. Из-за центрального расположения квартиры ночью бывает шумно. Мебель не новая, есть следы. Туристический сбор 5 Евро с человека в ночь не входит в стоимость брони + 75 евро залог (вернули на следующий день) Парковка в 3-5 минутах ходьбы (минимум 25 евро в сутки)
