I don't understand all these bad comments.
Yes, the stairs are steep.
Yes, communication only via Whatsapp.
Yes, it's not the most luxurious place.
Yes, you pay extra tourist fee.
BUT: This apartment is really special (I had the apart. with 2 bedrooms). located in the heart of the city, architectonically stunning in one of the old guildhalls with stone walls and a huuuge window. And the best: it's directly near/"under" the cathedral. So, when you sit and eat dinner you have the most stunning view through the rooftop window. And therefore price-performance is more than ok. And although contact is only via Whatsapp, usually just with a chatbot, if you have any problem a real person is responding immediatly.
I wouldn't want to stay there with 10 people, it´s not 180m2, it´s actually just 1 big room with a gallery.

The room was nice, clean, and centrally located, making it very convenient for getting around and exploring the area.
The check-in process was very poor and stressful. Communication was only possible via WhatsApp, and the phone number provided did not work. I was also unexpectedly charged an additional €72 presented as a “tax,” which was not clearly disclosed beforehand. Payment was effectively mandatory, as I would not have received the PIN code to access the property otherwise. This felt misleading and unprofessional.
