Needs the shower fixing and new sofa’s. Lovely city

Beds were comfortable and it’s in a nice location close enough to everything also clean.

The shower doesn’t work properly and the sofa beds are split.

Affordable, nice place with margin to improve

Nice but very basic apartment. Very nice location and actually quiet in the night.

Nice stay, but the bedding could use some refreshment. The sheets felt a bit tired, and it got a little cold. A fresh set or extra blanket would really elevate the experience.

Great location close to the historic centre of Antwerp.

The apartment is located close to the historic centre of Antwerp within easy walking distance to many attractions, and well connected via public transport to many other points of interest. The checkin process was easy and the checkin instructions for collecting the key and subsequently finding the apartment were easy. Previosuly we had rented an apartment from another provider in Brussels where the checkin process had been anything but smooth, so in comparison the checkin for this apartment was a pleasure! The apartment itself was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The wifi worked well, and the kitchen had all the necessary facilities for us to prepare our own meals when we chose to. Also there are numerous small shops, including a mini supermarket and convenience store located within a block of the apartment should you prefer to prepare your own meals rather than eating out.

The apartment is located in an old building with many flights of stairs and no elevator. This wasn't a problem for us, but bear this in mind if you have limited mobility, or if you are travelling with a wheelchair / pushchair.

Rats! Dangerous property! Worst ever.

Nothing. Rats! Completely dilapidated. Unstable floors, dangerous stairs that my son fell down, the smell of rat urine. We spotted the rat trap in the kitchen first. Then 10 minutes later we could hear squeaking. We saw two of them scurry across the kitchen and then one ran for the lounge.

Rats carry disease and are very frightening. The property was full of holes in the floor and wonky stairs. It really was awful. We didn’t stay the night and paid a nice hotel instead - far away from the rats!

Good value apartment

Nice apartment in an ideal location for exploring Antwerp. Not as clean as it could have been, and some of the furniture was damaged. Easy to collect the key on the way to the apartment. Quite difficult to find the entrance to the building. Good value apartment for a group of friends visiting the city for a weekend.

Deze beschrijving betreft "Zand 3" ; een verblijf op het 3e verdiep. De locatie in een pand uit beginjaren 1600 aan de kaaien met zicht op de schelde en de oude hangars is uitstekend. Volledig ingerichte keuken. Op wandelafstand van Grote Markt. Parking "Zuiderterras" op wandelafstand.

Deze beschrijving betreft "Zand 3" ; een verblijf op het 3e verdiep. Die doorgezitte zetel (of was het een bed) in de living was er teveel. Ook het éénpersoonsbed is overbodig. Ik kreeg de indruk dat er een poging is gedaan om 4 p een slaapplek te geven. Er is geen TV (wel een aansluiting)

2 nachten elke 45 minuten wakker van 2 minuten herrie de derde avond kwam ik er achter dat de verwarming herry maakt als een compressor de laaste nachten heb ik daar niet meer geslapen.

Leuke kamer in hartje centrum

De kamer is in het centrum, sleutel ophalen was gemakkelijk en ook in het centrum. Verder was het een prima traditioneel pand. Fijne ligging

Het was een hele klim om de kamer te bereiken. Om vervolgens ons bed te bereiken moesten we een bijzonder stijle trap op. Dit was met name kamer op de bovenste verdieping.

Sleutel ophalen op andere externe locatie, 1,5 kilometer van het appartement. Banken in woonkamer zijn gedateerd en vies, bedden klein en slecht matras, glaswerk en mokken niet compleet voor meerdere personen, koffiezet apparaat zonder koffiekan, vaatwasser die niet gebruikt kan worden omdat er geen korven in zitten, in het appartement stonk het ontzettend naar het bbq restaurant welke eronder zit.

Hele steile trap. Erg lastig als je slechtste been bent. Het appartement kan schoner, maar de slaapkamers waren goed schoon.

Esperaba más del apartamento, pero genial su ubicación

La ubicación es sin duda lo mejor. Y además con buenas vistas. También nos gustó que se trate de un edificio histórico.

El mobiliario es deficiente y obsoleto y poco cuidado (uno de los sofás tenía una pata rota, con lo cual no era utilizable). El suelo de la parte superior es viejo y con agujeros. Es de madera, pero podría ser como el de la parte inferior, zona de comedor, más adecuado a un edificio de esas características. El acceso es dificultoso, con una escaleras casi de vértigo. Es una circunstancia que se debe advertir para personas que puedan tener problemas de movilidad. Siendo un edificio histórico, muy de mi agrado, creo que por muy poco que se le haga gana mucho el apartamento, y la estancia sería muy agradable y digna de recordar

Het appartement ligt op perfecte locatie aan de rand van centrum en naast de Schelde. Bedden sliepen goed!

Het is een oud pand (1602) dus hou daar rekening mee als je niet tegen piepen en kraken kan. Vervelend was de zure frituur lucht (van buren met Koreaans restaurant?)

Schönes großes Wohnzimmer, separate Toilette, geräumiges Bad, viele Schlafmöglichkeiten, große Zudecke.

Der Eingangsbereich, die Sauberkeit, laute Straße, Wandflecken (zerquetsche Insekten) kaputter Holzboden, Maus im Wohnzimmer.

We hadden 2 slaapkamers verwacht en de bank was niet comfortabel. Dat is jammer. We hebben het verder wel naar onze zin gehad.

Non c’è TV. Palazzina vecchia, rimessa apposto solo da visione interna. Per coprire la struttura vecchia. Odore di muffa! Pavimento pessimo. Entrata scale pessime piccole che per scendere devi caminare al di lato.

Gezellig paas weekend gehad in het bruisende Antwerpen.

Locatie in het bruisende Antwerpen, mooi uitzicht. Leuk voor koppels en jong volwassenen.

De foto's op de website waren niet van het appartement dat we in gedachten hadden, daar kwamen we dus pas achter na boeking toen we de bevestiging kregen, maar we konden het helaas niet meer annuleren om te wijzigen. Als je dus het kleine appartement hebt zit je dus helemaal boven en heb je wat trappen te doen. Niet aan te raden voor minder valide of oudere met rug of knie klachten.
