“A beautiful, cozy, and perfectly located stay that truly felt like home.

This was our favorite residence during the entire trip. The place is beautiful, cozy, and extremely clean. We especially loved the underfloor heating – it made such a difference and kept the space so warm and comfortable, especially after long days outside. The location is also excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything nearby. We truly felt at home here and would absolutely love to stay again. Highly recommended!

Clean property, great location, and lots of living space

The property was very clean and well kept. Great amount of living space for family. After a day of touring around, it was great to have a living space to relax with the family. The location was great for visitors like us. Easy & secured access to the building and apartment door.

An overall excellent experience but it was unfortunately a little short for us

The apartment was nice and comfortable

We needed to climb up the staircase for 2 storey carrying our big luggage. We couldn’t get the heater in the bathroom to work

Stylish and comfortable location right in the heart of the city

The rooms were very stylish and well put together, with excellent facilities. The place is right in the heart of Antwerp and, I have to say, having access to a sauna within the suite made for a perfect evening,

There was a rather overcomplicated back and forth message system to get the keyless entry app for our phones, but once it was sorted everything was great. They also forgot to add the crib we requested but that was rectified quickly. It was a bit odd not having any reception or staff on site.

It’s a very comfortable and beautifully appointed property, but location is a little far from the center.

It’s a new and beautiful apartment with everything we needed. Very quiet and super clean, very comfortable for a family of 4.

Check-in procedures and other information are well documented, but not necessarily easy to use. You have to totally relied on your cell phone and cell network to download the access in order to open the front door and room door.

The property is exquisite with plenty of space to enjoy with your travel companions. They thought of everything. Very comfortable and we felt well-rested. We purchased the breakfast and it was wonderful. Perfectly located near downtown Antwerp.

We liked it. I just write our dislikes to improve the conditions.

I like location, garden and the size of the house. It s decorated very well. İt was very clean. Thank you for all that things.

There are no slippers. Also if you are selling the house with the kitchen, you have to put at least salt and pepper, sponge for the dishes. İt is better to separate the main bedroom with a door. Also the dishwasher was away from the sink. İt was not practical.

Exceptional

Excellent location, close to the old town but on a very quiet street. The apparent is super stylish, spotless clean, all new, and very welcoming. We loved the indirect lighting. Plenty of space to store our things and it has all you need for a few days, from kitchen to washing and drying machines. The staff were easy to contact through Booking messages and replied really quickly to our questions. Very helpful!

Repose from staff ahead of arrival was a bit inconsistent, but overall good as they let us store our bags until checkin. I think city recos could be better as well

One of a kind place in the city.

The room has excellent deco and design. Everything was incredibly clean. Definitely a friendly place to stay for a family trip. We had a wonderful stay at BTFL.

Our room is at the top of the building but there is no elevator so it was quite desperate to move our luggages to the room.

Nothing, did not enjoy my stay there. Not a good value for money.

- you can hear the neighbours talking - curtains are not black out - no iron and iron board in the room, you have to go to a laundry room in a corridor in the basement and once there was no iron - the decorative thing above the bed comes to your face when you read and it is dusty - etc Found the place not welcoming at all

Super well located nearby the Groot markt with several options of coffee, restaurants and bars. The apartment itself is very cozy, modern and well decorated, it even has a fully functional kitchen if you want to stay inside and cook.

I haven't received the email to unlock the doors but the support was super fast and attentive, solving it in matter of few minutes.

- The Appartment was nicely decorated. - Nice & comfortable bed. - Sauna is nice.

We liked everything in the appartment, the below are recommendations only. - The television in the living room is hanging low & strange location. It didn’t matter for us as we aren’t watching anyway. - The shower is big, would be great to have a Dual rain shower head. - There is lot’s of space in the barroom, a television / sound system with a lounge would be a great benifit to have the perfect wellness experience. - There are apartment above & next to it. As it’s not noice proof…. we heard every step our above neighbors took.

The ladder to the second bedroom on the mezzanine was very steep. it was ok for our teenagers but would not be suitable for young children or elderly. The front bedroom needs more privacy. A sliding door across the living room would fix this

A lovely apartment in a charming city.

This is a beautifully renovated building. The apartment interior is warm but modern and very well appointed. Spacious with lots of light. Kitchen has nice cookware with plenty of dishes. The beds are comfortable, and the linens are high quality. It was a pleasure to come back to the apartment after a day exploring the city.

lovely family stay

the apartment was very clean, beautifully done with style and quality. it was also very practical with good quality kitchen appliances. the location is exceptional:very central and yet quite neighborhood (2 min walk from the main square). the stuff was very responsive, communication was great.

just a small remark regarding noise isolation, as it is an old building the noise from the upper apartment was quite strongly listened ( but also these were the kids running around the apartment and they went to sleep shortly and then it was quite) and also from our bedroom ( Brunello suite) the noise on the stairs ( every door opening and people walking up and down) was very loud, as the emergency door is located right next to the bed.

there layout is open, there are no doors to separate actual rooms. But we did not really mind, from each bed you don’t actually see the other.

Superb

Spacious flat, very well decorated and well located in a quiet street near the main square of Antwerp and shops, in-between the nice part of Antwerp (Zuid) and the MAS. For summer, you can have your lunch or dinner in a beautiful cortyard.

High tech connection meaning you don't meet anybody but personally I missed the physical and local contact. However they are available by chat and even they will visit if you would have any question or problem.

Fun apartment in a great location!

The location is amazing - quiet but just metres away from loads log lovely shops and restaurants. It’s spacious and well-appointed. Very pretty and everything is brand new. The shower is great. The staff were very friendly!

The high bunk bed was way too high with no railing over the head opening. It didn’t feel safe enough for any of us, so I ended up taking the duvet and sleeping on the sofa. Given that this is a family room, it would usually be a child in that bed - the design just doesn’t work.
