You should be paid to stay here. Location is great though

Location is great, everything else not so much. I’m surprised it is even allowed to rent out this apartment, from legal point of view. Anyway, if you have a mid life crisis and want to re-live your younger years as a student with poor housing, recommend. If you want a good nights sleep and don’t feel gross after being there, don’t recommend.

There is no floor and we felt it was needed to check all the bed for bed bugs. Need I say more?

Ideaal om met wat vrienden te slapen als je wil uitgaan in antwerpen.

Slapen, wat drinken en eten.. meer moet je er niet van verwachten. Goed gelegen. Als je snelle slaapplaats zoekt na wat stappen, ideaal. Verwacht geen uitgebreid hotel.

AFSCHUWELIJK!

De locatie

Eerst moet je de sleutel ophalen met een wachtrij van 45min. Dit is 25min lopen van het appartement zelf. Daarna kwamen we in een zeer achterstallig en vies appartement. Zoals chimmel op de muren, vlekken op het beddengoed alles was gewoon een beetje uitgewoond. We hadden voor 3 nachten geboekt maar de stank in het appartement was zo erg dat we hebben besloten na een nacht iets anders te boeken. Wat ik ook vreemd vond is dat ik iets zocht voor 2 personen maar dit appartement is voor 8 tot 10 personen aan het aantal matrassen te zien. Voor ze tweeën was €300 voor drie nachten in dit krot gewoon veelste duur. Ik kan begrijpen dat voor bv 10 jongeren met een beperkt budget dit een uitkomst kan zijn. Iedergeval BOEK DEZE ACCOMMODATIE NOOIT!

Het is extreem goedkoop ingericht banken en stoelen zijn zelfs tweedehands onverkoopbaar, geen vloer onder het mom van industrieel.

Het was super slecht.Deur beneden die niet dicht ging.Geen tv.Cement op de vloer in de woonkamer. Spinnenwebben.Anders dan op de foto s.En zo kan ik doorgaan.

Slecht nooit meer boeken

Bij het centrum

Het is 4 hoog waar ik zat en je moest alles omhoog via een smalle trap. Er ligt nog geen vloer in het appartement. Zit vol met beestjes heel veel muggen. Gewoon echt verschrikkelijk!!! Sleutels moet je ergens anders ophalen wordt niet goed aangegeven. Op de fotos ziet t allemaal mooi uit maar als je aan komt net een bouwval

Ik raad dit niemand aan!

De locatie. Je zat lekker in het centrum, omringt met resturands en winkels

Het was vies, sloten waren niet goed beveiligd omdat het niet goed op slot kan, het pand is heel erg gehorig, je hoort letterlijk alles! Ook qwa ruimte in het apartement is alles kleiner dan op de foto! Het was allemaal zo slecht dat ik maar naar een hotel ben gegaan en daar mijn verblijf heb besteed

Dat het groot was

- Te warm. Er is gewoon een Airco nodig - te veel geluid aan de voorkant (basketbal tot 6 uur ' s ochtends) - foto's geven niet goed weer hoe het er daadwerkelijk uitziet (het is half af) - Een vaatwasser aanwezig die het niet doet. Heel bijzonder. - gordijnen laten te veel licht door

Manque de professionnalisme de l'hôte, accueil très moyen. Nous a fait régler des frais supplémentaires en cash (taxes de séjour) mauvaises informations pour rendre les clés. Un manque de propreté des lieux.
