Best villa in Santorini! Spectacular view with a value for money

The highlight of the property is the view from the balcony. Its spectacular, with an outdoor heated pool facing the sea and the mountains, and you get to see the sunrise. The 3 bedroom cave villa is nothing short of amazing, with an indoor heated pool, which is another cherry on the top. The villa exceeded my expectations. The host Konstantinos was very easily reachable and answered all my queries and was very helpful all the time. 10/10 for the property

The host was very responsive and received us at the meeting point. He helped us arrange the airport transfer and was kind and helpful to carry our luggage down the stairs. The location is beautiful with an awesome view of the caldera.The host also gave us a tour of the house and answered our questions. The jacuzzi was warm and luxurious and the beds were super comfy with soft pillows. Sadly we could only stay for a day.

Minor renovations could be made to the bathrooms.

The location is phenomenal. The owner went above and beyond to help us with what we needed. We had a great time exploring Oia. The outdoors areas had a nice view, excellent place to relax. Good for a larger group.

The underground jacuzzi made the rooms a little hot/humid, but the included humidifer helped.

Overall, it’s a beautiful, clean, and enjoyable place to stay for vacation. A warm and helpful host.

The location is very easy to access and most importantly with amazing sea view. The host also helped us to transport our luggage from parking lot to the residence.

Villa with stunning caldera and sea view

This property has a stunning view of the caldera. It has a hot tub which we could use even though the weather was cold. This property is conveniently located close to the various viewing points in Oia and the bus stop. We rented a car and it was good to have the free parking. Konstantinos was a warm and welcoming host. He helped with taxi bookings and car rentals.

Views and Service are Second to None

From the moment we walked up, we were stunned by the views. The pics in the listing do not do it justice. My family and I found ourselves staring at the caldera while walking down the steps. Breathtaking! The hosts were super helpful the entire time, recommending some amazing places to eat. It location to everything in Oia couldn't have been better. Nothing was more than a 5 minute walk. My kids appreciated the robust WiFi and access to the Mac. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were roomy.

The pool and pool area was a bit of a disappointment. There was a missing grate that covered a drain and my daughter cut her foot on it. Not a big deal and the hosts were very apologetic that it happened. Next to the pool seemed to attract a lot of ants, which managed to bite us before we noticed them. Again, the hosts arrived promptly to spray the area. One of our nights, the weather was so nice we turned off the AC but that resulted in a lot of moisture to build up in the house, causing a slight odor. Again, not a huge deal as we turned them back on the odor went away.

Beautiful cave apartment, centrally located in Oia, with great view of the sea/caldera from the patio. Both indoor and outdoor pools were a hit with our family. Konstantinos and Marco helped book our airport shuttle and stored our luggage after checkout.

This is the best apartement for holiday in Oia.

The scenery from the apartement is very beautiful. We have two jacuzzi. One is located outside apartement, from here we can see very beautiful scenery of the sea. The other one is very big indoor jacuzzi which located in the basement that can acomodated for the whole family member. It is very nice apartement and have a complete facilities. The kicthenware is complete for cooking. This apartemen is very suitable for family holiday.

Plenty of room for the 5 of us, could have easily fit a sixth! We loved the outdoor hot tub and the indoor thermal spa. The location had absolutely gorgeous views and the property itself was picturesque. I highly recommend staying here with a group!

我们预定了最大的一套VILLA,面积比较大。

入住的时候房东正在装修房子，除了被我们预定的这套外，其他房屋都是封闭的，到处都是灰尘和垃圾，堆满建筑材料。原本的户外泡池计划被迫取消，工人在房子周围工作，走来走去，这里变得不再适合穿着泳装泡在水里。这套房屋位于下部山脚，晚上吃完晚饭回去，酒店上部入口处，通道上都没有任何照明，致使我们走错路。因为太黑，在下台阶的时候差点摔跤，全程只能靠手机手电筒照明。这些情况在我们预定后到入住前并没有人告诉我，我并不想在这样的环境下享受假期。如果提前告知我实际情况，我完全不会预定这里。房子内部相比照片要灰暗老旧，有些地方需要维修或更换，内部闷热潮湿，通风不太好。我们基本都在餐厅活动，因为那里有窗户。房间里的毛巾非常破旧，有一间卧室的被子被套都套反了。
