disappointed, the bedrooms were too hot and old to sleep in.

the host was very kind.

the airconditioning in the main bedroom was not working very well, it was super hot. the rest of the bedrooms didn’t had airconditioning only a old fan that was making a lot of noice. there were only 3 bedrooms although the advertise said 4. the 4th bedroom was in the basement. there was stuff of the owners everywhere, even in cabinets. the swimming pool has no privacy since it’s literally between the road and the house. under the windows of the bedrooms are speakers from the Mosque that goes of multiple times even in the middle of the night.

the owner is greedy and taking advantage of situation and ask for more money and complains for using the internet. she cross check the property in a way that is not comfortable. she is managing the relationship with guests not the way of professional

Superb

The view at table mountain was awesome and the Cheminée to warm the house is perfect for a cosy atmosphere. The W-Lan worked very well. Also the sanitary facilities work well, even if it takes 3-4 minutes for water to come out warm (but that's normal in South Africa). The host, Natanya, was very nice and helpful when we needed her assistance to get to the hospital.

There where only 3 bedrooms and 2 additional beds/ bed-sofas, but no 4. bedroom (as indicated on booking.com). The bedrooms are all nice, but of different sizes and qualities (so if you come as group not all we'll have the same comfort). Some of the facility isn't in best shape (as a doorknob coming of) but nothing severe. There are only 2 keys, so you you may have to organise in the group when going and coming on different times. However, this are all minor flaws - over all we were very happy with the mountain villa.

We loved, loved, loved it. Awesome lodgings.

Oh what a spectacular panoramic view of Table Mountain, Cape Town and the harbour! We had a most amazing stay in this lovely spacious, easy-to-relax-in-house. Everything you need and want has been thought of and at your disposal. Luxurious spacious rooms, Safe secure parking. Very close to all the sights and beaches we wanted to visit. We really lived the Cape Town experience. Thank you!

Views for days 😊

The location was great and the views of table mountain was breathing 😁

Unfortunately the gas ran out midway through our braai/bbq so we had to switch to using the oven since we couldn't gain access to change be the gas bottle and had to wait till the next day for the owner to sort it out. Also, could not gain access from the front gate so when the power was out, had to jump over the wall to get in an override motors on the garage door. Nevertheless, the stay was amazing.

Excellent location, close to everything you need; Very clean, comfortable, spacious and with all the necessary amenities; A safe, lockable garage; And a fantastic view of the city bowl and Table Mountain!
