Great location, beautiful views of the city and mountain, comfy accomodation with all required facilities. Modern finishes and neat kitchen with appliances and cutlery.
Towels need to be replaced, couches are a bit hard and had some challenges getting keys.

The CBD is convenient to Uber to the Waterfront, departure point for Robben Island Ferry, and the CitySightSeeing/Hop on Hop Off bus pickup point at Long St, as well as Bree St for dancing/drinks. However, the reviews should be honest that this location is next to a soup kitchen, so there are days when homeless people from all over the city come for a hot meal. Homelessness is exacerbated by entire airbnb buildings like this itself which raises the rentals and reduces the amount of long-term housing for residents. The view from the room on one side is a student hostel and the soup kitchen. The view from the otherside of your room is Table Mountain and the Church as well as Parliament which is undergoing (loud) construction. At night you can hear a lot of noise in the CBD which may disrupt your sleep. There is Gardens Mall up the street where you can buy water, sim cards, and other supplies. Mr Simba is the property manager is patient and helpful and gave our keys in person. Interiors are pleasant and well-decorated. Kitchen has gas stove, air fryer and fridge. Hot water 24/7 makes for nice hot showers. Plenty of room with spacious cabinets. Coffee place downstairs has great coffee and delivers. Women solo travelers should take extra safety precautions if walking around the area especially at night.
The lift call button on our floor was not working the entire stay so you may need to go up or down 1 floor to call the lift. If your room is near the lift, your bed is against the wall of the elevator and you will hear it. There are signs that say to be patient with the Otis lift, but owners should consider upgrading this.
