The stay was ok, could have been better though with the additional appliances.

Location was ok and convenient.

The apartment host should consider having a dishwasher and a washing machine in the apartment. It can be very inconviniencing not having this for long stays.

The bedding/ sheets did not smell clean/ fresh, no socket in the bathroom for hair dryer. Aircon was dead, needed replacement

Beautiful experience for the second time. 💕

The sanitation of the apartment was Good, though an air conditioner would have been best for summer period, a humble suggestion. Our stay and security was amazing, however we waited a long time for the check in, and a very slow response to online messages or matters of urgency.

The bathroom was abit sandy, but I think twas bc of the winds and the windows were open for air circulation.

Felt like an automated machine was treating our guest like a number - not like a person.

There was so much confusion when checking in. I would communicate things on the Whatsapp chat, but every time someone else would answer and in the end everyone was confused and things weren't communicated properly...

This place is a real disaster I paid for a place I never seen or even got to stay in. No access to the apartment they had load shedding apparently the only building in town and their lifts smelt like cannibus hell never again

It was great

The agents were really professional, I was impressed by the plans they made to ensure that I was not waiting to check in as my flight was delayed and I checked in later then expected but there was someone there waiting to assist me. Communication was smooth, the place was clean and quite.

I wanted a balcony :-) as I saw the pictures on booking.com have balconies however the agent explained that I should check next time and ensure that I select the apartment that has a balcony.

The location is great, just a street parallel to Long Street.

The room smelt of weed upon entry into the room. The lady arrived almost an hour late of our arrival although we clearly specified a check in time and called her before arrival. Noise from long street at night can be unbearable especially from Friday to the weekend. Sound of major construction from two nearby buildings during the day.

Beside the Television our stay was good.

Location was good, apartment was clean, and view was great. Parking was also good as the vehicle was safe.

Was not impressed with the service regarding the TV, we could not access Netflix from the time we arrived until we left. Someone came through on 20th April to sort it out and was unsuccessful. Another person came through on 23th April and managed to sort out YouTube, Netflix was still a problem. When booking accommodation these are the things that attract your attention for booking.

I’d say the experience could have been better.

The location of the property makes it convenient for one to move around.

The iron has black smudges from burning clothes. When you enter, the didn’t smell clean and fresh to prove it had just been cleaned with fresh water and detergents. The bed was old. It has seen better days. It curves in the middle. The grey blanket of top of the bed is very old, the condition is extremely bad.

The space and the cleanliness. Location is great and very secure.

There was no provision, other than a tiny candle for load shedding, sadly night one I sat in darkness with just the one tiny candle, I sadly will not be staying again unless there is a provision to cater for load shedding.

Excellent Service: The staff at this property were really friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and were always available to answer our questions or provide recommendations, in this case i will mention Daniel, he was an awesome concierge come friend, he advices you, and even checks on you goes the extra mile to ensure you enjoy everything in the city of cape town, i would recommend this property to anyone visiting Cape town. the Rooms had great views of the city

The location was perfect for access to several Restaurants, wine tasting bars, and Lounges. About 7 minutes from the waterfront.

I asked for help with setting up the Broken bed twice but the staff never showed up. The electricity goes off 2.5 hours everyday. You will need to obtain the power outage schedule.

Did not enjoy staying here at all. By far the worst place we have ever stayed at over many many trips to Cape Town.

Extremely rude behaviour from the property manager George who slammed a door in my face, who is also extremely misogynistic. The apartment was not cleaned even though we paid a fee for cleaning. The shower was leaking. The TV was not working. The service from Propr was substandard when trying to report issues , checking in, checking out and settling bills. The apartment was incredibly small even though it is shown to be much larger in the photos. There are not enough towels - we were only given 1 set of towels for a 10 day stay. The wifi was not working , would not allow us to connect on any devices. These are just the main problems we had during our stay , the list of problems is endless. Overall would not recommend this property at all - to anyone - extremely disappointing and not up to standard at all.
