Flatrock is located in a busy part of town and even though the apartment is equipped with double glazed windows some ambient sound is to be expected.
Please note that this apartment is in a lively part of the city known for nightlife. If you’re looking for peace and quiet this would not be suitable. There are 2 Night Clubs in very close proximity to the apartment building
For stays longer than a week, a courtesy weekly or mid-stay clean is offered. We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required. Linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are provided.
