Excellent self contained apartment and perfect for my stay in Cape Town. Secure parking was also straightforward to organise, and had an additional key fob to access the underground car park. View from the apartment was really great and it was in a good part of town to walk to the CBD if desired. Has all the amenities you would expect, like fridge, hairdryer etc and there is a communal laundry facility in the building that was straightforward to use and access.

The location is perfect for walking and convenience. The whole building including the entrance, corridors, lifts, garden and parking garage wereclean, neat and well maintained. Safety and security is a great priority.
I was too hot under the beautiful but thick duvet and did not like to sleep under the thinner comforter or throw without a sheet in between to keep it fresh.

There is No smart TV.The room has a very small TV at the size of a laptop.

The flat was clean and nicely decorated in a lovely safe neighborhood with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby.
The flat was quite hot, although there is air conditioning in the lounge and a fan in the bedroom.

Very well located, close to Kloof Street, Company Gardens and Long Street. Good security in building and on street outside. Apartment is very clean, has what is needed. Management Company are very efficient and professional, including telling you when loadshedding will take place.
Apartment 127 is on the first floor on the street side of the building. So, it is noisy as a result - cars passing, plenty of pedestrians, and the sound of the garage door opening and closing as residents enter and depart. I would suggest renting an apartment on a higher floor or one that faces inwards towards the beautiful garden if you are looking to limit the noise on the first floor.

Nice kitchen, well equipped.
We used Hoponhopoff buses for many trips as well as Gary's Taxi and Tours.
We used Checkers on Kloof Street for some of our essential shopping and also Spar.
Not a criticism of apartment but location of nearest bus stop at hoponhopoff bus office on Long Street is not pleasant though usually patrolled by public security guards
Strongly recommend taxi use to and from Victoria and Albert Waterfront. We used Bolt.

The views of Table Mountain were truly spectacular! A magical morning sunrise or a spectacular sunset, the mist pouring down beautiful Table Mountain. The location is excellent for walking, taxis and tourism (short walk to Hop On/Hop Off Red Bus). Helpful Hosts, Belinda and Patrick (thank you!), friendly Cleaning staff and helpful external Security staff (thank you, Mr Javu).
Only a very, very minor point as opposed to a 'Dislike', but not being made aware of the Load Shedding (power cut-offs) prior to arrival, perhaps a paper note could be left on the bed, say, informing guests to speak with external Security for precise information? (Thank you, Mr Javu, Security, for your help.) Again, I emphasise, only a very minor point (our stay was excellent!) but possibly useful for any guests with, say, mobility concerns, having to walk up several flights of stairs when the power is off.

The location is great. The security is also tight. The pool area is lovely. The rooms are clean, and spacious. And the check in is quite seamless. The beds were comfortable, and the linen was fresh. The area was really lovely, and chilled.
The studio apartment shower didn't work 100%. Maybe some cleaning stuff for the dishes and the bathtubs would be helpful. And maybe a door for shower in the one 1 bedroom, just a suggestion. And then the underground parking is a bit tricky for SUVs. But the hostess was really helpful and organized an "easier" parking spot for us.

we felt like home! very nice, stylish apartment with great view to the Table mountain. Belinda was very helpful and so was Gary, who drive us wherever we wanted. we will have a very great memory to Cape Town also because of this place and people we met.

The room was good - renovated. From sofa (505) view to Lionshead and from sidewindow from kitchenette you could see park and behind the tower of Gardens Center. And far away the 3 Towers from Vredenhoek. The room was praktical with nice kitchen and washing mashine. There was small balcony, which I could not use - the birds used it as a toilet. Thank you Belinda that I coul leave my luggage to room. SO I could visit the new opened Desmont Tutu exhibition ( not opened on Sa and Su). And Gary had a safe and cheap taxi to airport. My flight was in the evening. Thank you!
Week-end.There was not service. The security just looked -you are you. They did not know about taxis - They just told that the office is open on monday. In room was lots of prospects, whre was also informations about Carys and Lisls taxi. But if they are war away.... Cary gave me Exite taxi number - but had to wait and no taxi come to take me away from waterfront - and and when the taxi came it tryied to bring me to wrong adress. I was happy to know Cape Town quite well and was not afraid...

I got a studio apartment on the 5th floor of St Martini Gardens, right next to the Kompanjiestuin (Company Gardens), the main park in central Cape Town. Tastefully furnished (Rothko print, abstractish photographs by a local artist), beautiful parquet floors. The building dates from 1961 (I think), elegant modernism, mosaic from the time repeated in the apartment's renovated design. Great, fully equipped kitchen, with a coffee plunger. Convenient basement parking is a massive bonus (but be sure to arrange in advance), it is hard to find parking in this part of town. It has the advantage of propinquity, I mostly walked to nearby restaurants, art galleries, and book shops (both Long Street and Kloof Street are within walking distance - popular restaurant/bar districts). Excellent grocery shops also nearby. Because it overlooks the Company Gardens, it has a quiet feel to it, even though located in central Cape Town. Great place for a brief stopover or a longer stay in central Cape Town.
I didn't have any real concerns. There were renovations in the building, but these were limited to specific hours. Hosts were professional and efficient in checking me in. I'll most probably return.
