This was my first time renting this apartment, and overall, the experience was positive. The location is excellent, the service was commendable, and the apartment was clean and maintained to a high standard. The rooms were in excellent condition, meeting all expectations. The property managers were also easily reachable and responsive to any concerns during our stay, which was greatly appreciated.

However, there are some areas for improvement: TV Accessibility: My dad loves watching sports, but we couldn't access this as TV services were not provided. This was a bit disappointing. Kitchen Essentials: It would be helpful to have some basic kitchen condiments available for guests, as this would save the hassle of purchasing everything from scratch. Towel Options: Offering black towels as an alternative to white towels would be a thoughtful addition, as white towels can easily stain and may lead to extra charges for guests. Cleaning Supplies: Providing basic cleaning products would allow guests to maintain the cleanliness of the apartment during their stay. Unfortunately, only dishwashing soap was provided, leaving guests to procure other necessary cleaning items themselves. While the location and apartment itself were great, addressing these suggestions would elevate the guest experience. For the price paid, I would expect these enhancements to be standard. If these improvements are implemented, I would certainly consider rebooking in the future.

Tudo o que foi apresentado e oferecido no site da Booking.com foi entregue. Não houve problema algum na entrega das chaves, bem como durante a estadia. A vista que se tem da Table Mountain e parte da cidade é incrível.

Não tivemos nenhum problema, pois estudei bem a localização e os serviços oferecidos. Como alugamos um carro, isso facilitou muito nossa logística.
