Disappointing considering how much we paid.

The view of table mountain

It was hot with a broken mobile aircon which someone had tried to sticky tape together, and only 2 small fans. We asked the host for more fans who said she would try and provide and then heard nothing further. The carpets were marked and dirty. The toilet seat was broken as was the kitchen counter ( wood pieces missing). The curtains were also stained.

Not quite what I was expecting.

How central it is. From that you can easily go to some attractions without any issue. You have izigo museums right up on the street. Also, the security guards are very nice. Having a washing machine was a must, I may say. Having my clothes clean right there was something I appreciated a lot.

The Room/apartment was not that clean, sadly. The second I walk in barefoot, I could feel the floor not being properly clean, I needed to use the mop (no vacuum cleaner was there) and the trash was quite a bit. At the WC, on the sink below, there is an open space where all the smell from other rooms would get in. All the tobacco smell was getting into our apartment, all the time. Imagine waking up on the middle of the night with the scent, as if someone inside of your apartament was smoking. The fact that the apartments are inside of an open space, the wind blowing was not a good thing either. The doors would open by themselves since the balcony door is not working as it should. If you opened the main door and the wind was blasting, the balcony would open as well. I did not feel as safe as I was hoping for. The place has potencial, just needs some work.

It was a home away from home. It had everything we needed. It was clean and cosy. The building security was excellent and they were very friendly and helpful. Our hostess was a gem!

Not a great building but a comfortable apartment.

The location was very central and had secure underground parking. There was security at the main entrance. The apartment was clean, the beds comfy and there was an oven, microwave, kettle etc.

Check in was confusing, no information given prior to arrival. We were early but were told we couldn’t check in until 3pm. When I rang and they explained we couldn’t check in until 3pm we were allowed into the parking bay and told someone would contact us and advise on check in, we were then stuck in the car park for 2 hours with no contact. We eventually found a security guard who let us in the building. The building itself inside reminded us of a prison in its design. It seemed to be mainly rented apartments, most not very nice. Our apartment once in was fine if a little mid matched. We reported immediately that the fridge wasn’t working properly and the freezer not at all. It was never fixed. There also appeared to be a plumbing problem in the en suite, the water in the cistern was hot, so hot there was steam when you flushed it.

Absolutely not worth the money spent aircons not working, microwave not working couches dirty, cumbersome booking in process advertised queen bed is actually just two 3/4 beds put together we spend most of the time sleeping on couches in front of two tiny opening windows as the place gets extremely hot inside all and all terrible experience.

The new/correct place was absolutely lovely. Beautiful scenic view of table mountain. All the required internal facilities that you need for any trip. Does not get affected by load shedding. Will definitely be looking to book this apartment again

The confusion of getting me booked into the incorrect apartment and only later requested to change after I unpacked everything. Great that there is parking onsite. Just very tiring drive up 10/11 levels of parking to get to your spot.

Basic budget accommodation, for 2 to 3 nights in winter

Affordable, great location, secure, generator during loadshedding. The apartment had all basic requirements.

Despite following instructions to call 30mins ahead of arrival, getting access to the apartment took almost 1hr, the excuse being signal is bad in the building. No air conditioning in apartment, we were there during a heatwave, one small fan for the whole apartment. Clean(ish) but not well maintained, stained couch, dirty freezer compartment in fridge, clean but threadbare bed linen, broken waste bin. No clear instructions on where to leave rubbish. Had to ask for access card to pool.

the fridge was not working .the lady she's give us the key we call her. we explained that the house is smiling because of food inside the fridge is not working but it's on .we never noticed that it's not working we lost food inside the fridge . she never explained to us that fridge is not working

The apartment is specious , well equipped and comfortable. The location is great and within a walking distance to fast food restaurants , convenience stores and pharmacies. Was sceptical when doing booking seeing all bad review but wow booking via cape easy apartments at mutual heights was worth it. Apartment did not disappoint cleanliness security comfort would really recommend to book via cape easy apartments. The apartment is as it is on the pictures if you book. Wifi smart TV with Netflix was perfect to add on top of it
