Great location, the staff is nice, and at times communication is slow.

People go to the gym with their speakers. With their speakers loud! Different music styles playing loud at the same time. It’s insane and very disrespectful! They could clean the bedroom more often. It is SUPER loud on the weekends. Many clubs outside.

We stayed for 6 nights and were very comfortable. Charmaine had the apartment well stocked with nice touches like extra towels, laundry detergent, clothes drying rack, oil and vinegar to make salad dressing, etc. Arriving in Cape Town after being on safari we really appreciated the bright, clean space, and the water pressure for a thorough shower! There is a Checkers nearby for easy grocery shopping and it's a short walk to the restaurants on Long, Loop and Bree Streets. We rented a car for 24 hours to go out to Boulder's Beach and using the garage was straight forward (although we did not have to check in or out with the car). With a longer stay we appreciated the regular cleaning for fresh towels, emptying the trash, etc.

There was a very fluke issue with the AC flooding while we were there that Charmaine responded to promptly. It did reveal though that building maintenance uses a set team of workers who arrive on their own schedule, which may not be timely or convenient.

Centrally located in CBD close to Museums, Company’s Gardens and Long and Bree St restaurants. Thoughtfully appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay, from drying racks to basins and salad dressings.

Some advice in the information in the room differed from directions on Booking app, but this is fixable.

Emplacement super, à 5 min à pied des restaurants, commerces, et du marché. Service de ménage quotidien et très bien effectué, merci aux dames de ménage. Équipements fonctionnels et bonne qualité du wifi. La literie était parfaite ainsi que le linge disponible. Appartement très propre et salle de bain spacieuse.

Tout le personnel de la réception n était pas accueillant, lorsque nous sommes partis nous avons demandé à ce qu on nous ouvre la porte du garage, la personne n' est jamais venue. Les stores de l appartement ne sont pas pratiques ( peu occultant le matin, et mécanisme avec des ficelles peu pratique) Le balcon était vraiment petit ( pas la possibilité de mettre une chaise ). On ne nous a pas proposé d aide pour transporter nos bagages quand nous sommes partis ( service de bagagerie inexistant).
