Good location for our needs as we were there for five days and didn’t want to be limited to the waterfront area. Full on kitchen so we shopped and cooked. Cape Town can be sketchy after dark so it was nice to have busy days and then nights ‘at home’. Security excellent in the building and surroundings. Easy walk to supermarket, City Sightseeing HoHo bus office, starting point of free walking tours of historic sites and Bo Kaap Malay quarter, car rental offices. Green Market Square nearby makes for a lively and interesting neighbourhood. Loved it here.

Clean, neat, everything I needed. Fast wifi which was an absolute pleasure. Location perfect. Very private, safe, secure. I was very happy and comfortable.

No housekeeping services. Available at an additional cost of up to R390. I was not prepared to make that spend. Also, the balcony is terribly small!

It is clean and spacious.

The WiFi router was not easy to find and I had problems connecting I ended up not using it during my stay.

Hosts were prompt with responses to any questions or issues that may have arose. Apartment was well equipped and clean and washer and dryer a definite plus. Location good with excellent restaurants within walking distance. Building safety good. Pictures on booking sites accurately reflects the apartment. Definitely recommended.

The liquor store located just outside the building, which attracted some undesirables.
