The overall look and feel of the apartment was appealing with the black rustic aesthetic and the ambient lighting, the dimming system of the lights was the biggest attraction. Other than that, the rest of the apartment was either mediocre or disappointing

The key for the front door stucks a little bit. The poor maintenance of the apartment makes it feel like you’re not getting your money’s worth. The guest toilet doesn’t have a lock, there are plastic covers on the wall that are loose. There are no television options. One of the upstairs lights were fused, the condition of the upstairs terrace furniture was poor and that light was fused as well, the carpet on the main terrace was torn, which is off putting. The vegetation and overall cleaning needs to be taken more seriously, there were stains all over the sofa, poor ventilation, and the blinds were not functioning properly
