We had an amazing stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist. The location was great and everything felt comfortable and well taken care of.
Honestly, very little to fault. A few small details could be improved, but nothing that took away from the overall experience.

Fabulous location and views. Extremely spacious and well equipped.
One shower regularly leaked under its door, and the door lock was temperamental!

self catering so no breakfast but there were plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The views were magnificent - especially at night when table mountain was lit up. An unexpected bonus was that a lady to came in every day to make the beds & change the towels. Security was fantastic (once we got over the registration process) & everything used facial recognition.
Nothing that the owners could do anything about, the beggars & weed sellers on the streets.
